A+ Plus Windshield Replacement & Windshield Calibration Glendale

Had a large crack on my windshield and had to have my car maintenanced at Bell Road Toyota. There is a rep from A+ Plus Auto Glass there that started my claim. Upon completion, I could hear air coming in around the windshield. I called to have it looked at and the manager Jeff Wheeler came to my house to check it out for himself. He also noticed other deficiencies in the way the glass was installed so he had another technician come out. That technician showed me how their last technician, that improperly installed the windshield, broke the long plastic piece that the windshield sits on. After the install, I was told they were going to replace the part. A+ Plus failed to reach out to schedule the repairs that they made. I was told by their office that the technician was fired because he had done the same to other vehicles. I would not recommend a place that would allow a poorly trained technician to do their work on a brand new vehicle and not back up their work/errors. We needed a last minute appointment to fill a crack (afraid it was going to spread) in our windshield before departing to our final destination. They were super helpful, understanding and couldn’t beat the price! Plus, they are mobile ?! That made it much more convenient. I spoke to the owner of the company on the original phone call but had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with Alex; both were a joy! I appreciate their work! I made an appointment following a service call at bell road Toyota. I spoke with a Trevor. I scheduled it for the very next day. Literally less than 24 hours after phoning the shop. After not showing up or calling, another representative called to do the recalibration of my forward facing camera. It was 10 mins after the show up time. I was confused because I still had not heard from the installer. After being called back by the installer, I was apologized too and told they could reschedule. Why would I do that if they can’t even show up or remember an appointment the next day!!! I will also be calling bell road Toyota to explain why they should not be using this company.

After 23 years our 2001 Honda Accord deserved and needed a new windshield. Upon calling around and reading reviews A+ Plus came out on top. (PS I'm a guy who researches everything). Tim at the Surprise location patiently answered my many questions and assured me this is OEM quality glass. The mobile service was quick with no upcharge (most do charge for coming to you) and the installer was friendly, professional and on time. In addition to their reasonable cost, they kindly offer a veterans discount. Would definitely recommend A+ Plus to my friends and family.

Would like a moment to give a shout out to A+ auto glass they helped me with everything I needed super simple (I needed a windshield) went through my insurance that was a breeze. The caller Jonathan was very helpful. Come to find out A+ Auto Glass (Glendale, AZ) is a “preferred work shop” for geico meaning geico guaranteed their work for as long as I own the car. Everything was as it should be for service company. First contact friendly, courteous, and knew the process to acquire insurance company approval. Technician was on time, professional, and completed the install with quality. I work out of my van and got a rock chip yesterday. Insurance company wanted me to go to safelight, which would have probably taken two hours of my day. When I asked for someone closer they gave me A+, who was only a block away. Jeff took care of me in five minutes. Could not possibly asked for better service. I had an exceptional experience.

Called A+ repair when Safelite cancelled on me and it’s safe to say Im glad safelite canceled because A+ did a great job and offered me a better price. Was the best customer service with directions, planning out a good time, sending text messages, and friendly service all the way around! You can’t even see the chip in our windshield anymore! We will be coming in the future for sure!
