Blue Line Auto Glass

I had a crack on my 25 Honda Civic windshield and went through my insurance to get it replaced with Blue Line Auto Glass. Travis and his guys provided a mobile service and came out to where I was to get it all done at no cost to me. Smooth and seamless-very impressed with their level of quality and service. Will definitely be coming back the next time I need a windshield!

I used Blue Line to replace a windshield on a 2022 Rouge, was hoping for a repair but they explained to me why that wouldn't work well (super patient with my 20 questions). Repair went great, personable staff, both on the phone and providers that came to complete the service! Had some challenges, as the camera housing wasn't lining up quite right, turns out that model of windshield was SLIGHTLY different than the specs needed for the new Rouges. Travis was SUPER easy to deal with and very understanding, ensuring me that they would get things fixed correctly. A few months go by, and I notice a rattle from the drivers column while highway driving. The dealership tells me I need to get back with Blueline since it is an area they had to manipulate while replacing the windshield. Travis made SURE that things were addressed and fixed. Travis and the staff at Blue Line are fantastic. Had them replace windshields on a car and it was great. Did 2 more and it was another great experience. They really made sure we were Stafford with their service. There was a small issue with the trim. Most people would probably not care but this was my wife’s vehicle and I called and talked to them about it. Basically they kept at it and made sure it was resolved. They offers me different options and once we decided on what to do, they took care of it immediately. I appreciate them going the extra mile and constantly checking to make sure it was taken care of. Blue Line Auto Glass is a very good company wonderful staff members who guide and explain everything in the best way possibly. Very fast paced on getting everything done and making sure everything is in good standards. They were very professional, quick and easy to work with. I set up an appointment for my dad to get is windshield replaced and they kept me in the loop of when they would be arriving and when they were done. My dad was very impressed with how quick the guy was in replacing his windshield. I would work with them again in the future.
