From providing a quote telephonically two weeks in advance, answering all the questions I had, and scheduling the appointment to completing the work on the scheduled day, Veteran Auto Glass (VAG) did a wonderful job throughout. I especially like that they offer mobile, on-site service. Despite being punctual, Zac kept me updated just to let me know when he would arrive. And, when performing the replacement, he was very professional—and his experience was evident. For a reasonable charge, he was also able to tint the windshield, which saved me from the additional effort (and precious time as I'm extremely busy) of scheduling another windshield-related-job appointment with another company to get that done. I would recommend VAG to anyone needing their vehicle's windshield replaced. I am pleased with Zac's work and will be calling him/VAG should I require a windshield replacement in the future.

Veteran Auto Glass is amazing ! They do great work ! I actually needed them to come replace my windshield ASAP because I was having issues seeing out of my window and on top of that I was getting pulled over because of the huge crack I had in my windshield and they literally came the very next day and gave me an amazing affordable price ! Great personality to start off , came to my work sight great smile. Had his equipment set up ready for my keys when made it out to him, 43 mins later call and came out all done. Had a window not available when he arrived to pick up kindly skied if had the time to wait he would make the runs for me and come still no issues. We both said thanks for patience very cool and good service. Sorry no photos but came out clean and flush lying aligned. Calibration is great for my lane sensors. No complaints from me. Very deserving of his starts thanks again sir! :):):)

Absolutely amazing service from Zac! He is very experience with replacements and is quick/efficient to get it done! Took less than 30min to put this new windshield on! Previously had ceramic tinting on the old windshield and they were able to get it swapped out with a fresh ceramic tinted one to keep out the IR sunlight Arizona is notorious for! Was a seamless process through insurance as well. Overall, I recommend these guys over any competitor they have. Safelight does not even compare to the quality and professionalism provided by Veteran Auto Glass!

I have to admit, this was the best experience I've had with an auto glass company. Zac, the installer, was awesome. He contacted me as soon as he received the referral from my insurance company, and he set up a time that would work best for me. Before arriving for the appointment, he was great at communicating with me via text. The installation went flawlessly and was done in about 45 minutes. I don't carry glass coverage on my auto so I was looking for a good price. I called 4 companies and Zac gave me one of the better quotes. His personality also won me over. He seemed like a good guy. And I wanted to support a smaller local business rather than a big auto glass chain. Zac came out to my house within a day or two. Within 30 minutes I had a new windshield installed. Zac talked me through some warranty questions and left me with a smile. I will recommend Veteran Auto Glass.

Veterans Glass Glendale was great They came out the same day was on time fit me in between my timeframe I had. Zach was very professional and polite. Kept me informed as to when they would be at my mom’s house because I was there instead of at my house. They recalibrated once they put the new windshield in. We chose Veterans Auto Glass because they are Veterans and a family owned business. We were not disappointed!!!! We submitted our claim at 9pm on Thursday night and the next morning got a call from Zach. He was able to accommodate us and replace our window before 2pm on Friday. He was able to get me in the next morning and he even rearranged his schedule so that he would be done with replacing my windshield in enough time for me to still leave on time to go to work.
