Packerland Auto Glass

I was originally going to take my vehicle to a physical location for a windshield chip to get repaired because it was only a chip. Started the process with another vendor, not so safe, but I saw the lite, where all you can do is schedule an appointment online. When I got to the end of the process, they wanted to charge me $170. I was paying out of pocket and did an online chat, because no local number to call, to verify the charges. Anyhow, that was a hard pass. Called Packerland and could not be more satisfied with the service. This was a small job, but Lance stopped at my house in Turtle Lake to fix the chip. Lance is a great guy and firmly believes in doing the job right and warrantying his work. Only cost me $80, which I thought was a great value compared to the other guys, but I am sure that if anything goes wrong with the repair, Lance will take care of it. Lance is also former USMC so great to support those veteran owned businesses.

I am a very satisfied customer. The owner of Packerland (Lance) just replaced the windshield on my 2009 Prius. Lance's 28+ years of experience show how much he cares about the quality and craftsmanship of his work. Not only did Lance do a great job on the windshield replacement, but I had him look at another vehicle which I thought needed to have some chips fixed. Lance said that the knicks were too small, would not grow and did not need repair. I certainly appreciate that kind of honesty on what could have been an easy money maker for him. The service experience was excellent, and the price was lower than any other quotes I received. I will definitely choose Packerland in the future for any of my windshield work. -andy

Lance is the man! He came right to my house, set up shop and popped in a rear windshield in less then an hour. And that's with helping me replace the passenger mirror. And only charged me for putting in the glass. Super nice dude and it looked like he had done this once or twice. You should give Lance a call! He's an established professional in the area and does great work. He repaired a windshield glass chip for us and the results were perfect! He's personable, arrived when he said he would and was honest and upfront about costs. 5/5 stars would work with him again.

Fast, friendly service and reasonable prices. Only 4 stars because windshield that I need won't be in for 3-6 weeks. Not their fault though.
