What great “at home service” for a truck windshield replacement last week. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and I was happily surprised with the level of follow-up to confirm my availability for the appointment as the date drew nearer. Jake was on time and ready to go when he arrived. Filled me in on what he was going to do and shared the other services he could provide if desired (windshield treatment, wiper blades, additional warranties). He finished in less time than he had estimated, cleaned everything up from the work, and then followed up with me TWICE regarding the service and reminding me of my next steps on tape removal. I am very pleased with their work - from beginning to end. I’ll use them again and recommend them to anyone I know!

Never had a problem with Safelite before. Always prompt and do good work. Scheduled another windshield replacement a day ago with no issues until a revised quote was sent to us stating the truck needed the ADAS recalibration. Not a problem, I knew it needed to be done. We recalibrate these quite often. But to charge $495 is raping the consumer. Called them to have that service removed from the work order and was told they can't remove the service and said we have to have them do the recalibration and pay for it. Total BS. I've gone rounds with insurance on this type of liability issue before and all it takes is a signed waiver from both parties releasing the company from the liability. Very Disappointing!

I set up the appointment online which was quick and easy. I then received timely reminders via email in the week prior to the glass installation. I also elected to pay online while scheduling the appointment. So on the day of the installation all I had to do was show up and they took care of everything else. I chose to bring my vehicle to them because of the snowy weather and cold, so it only took approximately 45 minutes to be completed. Very friendly staff, and the new windshield looks great. Definitely would use the same process and location again.

My Ford Taurus windshield cracked and continued to spread from the heat! My insurance covered the cost of the replacement and I was able to get my car in quickly to get it replaced. They did a wonderful job!! My technician was Jordan and he did amazing. He was quick but efficient and very professional! Would strongly recommend to anyone who needs glass on their vehicle repaired or replaced. I just had my windshield repaired and I am very happy with the whole process. The customers service was prompt and friendly. They contacted my insurance and we made the repair appointment all in one phone call. The results of the repair were much better than expected since the chip was directly in my main driving view. The visible damage to the windshield went from the size of a quarter to the size of a pea. Very happy with all aspects of this service. I must add that Chuck S was very polite and professional.

Cody was originally scheduled to come out to my place of business around 12-1pm. There were issues with the first appointment that were out of his control. He stayed in contact, gave updates and was a great communicator all the way around. I work retail so he brought my keys into me and gave me the run down. He did great work, was fast and efficient. Great work Cody and thank you for being such a professional!!!

Waited a week for the appointment technician showed up and said he removed a chrome piece around the window and seen a small amount if rust and put it back together without changing window. Wouldn't show me what was found just said he couldn't do it and seemed in a rush to get home. Il never give this company another call.

I had a set time appt. Not only was I in early. They told me approximately about an hour. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!!! Excellent service from time I got an estimate till it was fixed!!! Absolutely RECOMMEND SAFELITE! Staff in Rice Lake are very nice as well. Thank you Scott and all the staff! So impressed.

Went on line to schedule a chip repair at 8:00 a.m. Was in their shop at 10:00, done by 10:30. Really appreciated getting it fixed the same day. On line scheduling worked fine and linked to insurance information though I would have preferred to just call the shop directly.
