My partner’s rear windshield was randomly smashed. Every other mobile window repair shop was either booked out for weeks or incredibly expensive. Sof gave me such a great quote that I truly thought was too good to be true. I was pleasantly incorrect in thinking that. The window was smashed in yesterday at the time of writing this, and now we have a brand new window installed. I am incredibly thankful for his kindness, hard work, and awesome customer service. Would absolutely recommend Sof Auto Glass. I bought a used car with a crack I. The windshield, so I scheduled a replacement with Sof. After they came to start the repair, I left for an appointment. I then got a call, and they walked me through what they had done, including replacing a lining around the rim of the windshield that apparently had crumbled away over time, but they charged the price they said at the beginning - it was overall a seamless, easy process with a friendly, communicative business. Great experience.

After looking through the reviews, SOF seemed like a match. They answered our quote request quickly and came to us the next day (on the weekend). It was pretty complicated - something you want an experienced professional to do. He did a great job, working efficiently and thoroughly. He was also friendly and communicated well. Well, let me tell you THIS IS 5 star service! Sof came out to my home and repaired a chip the same day, a few hours after I called! He did such an amazing job I can barely tell where it was chipped. I was so bummed I got a chip (it was a very newly replaced windshield) but omg I can’t even see the damage now! I will absolutely use him for all repairs and replacements. He was quick, tidy, responsive and reasonable! He said he has 14 years in the industry and from his work I believe it. Very very pleased!

While replacing my windshield, sat on the top of my passenger door and bent the door. Now it's open to the sky at the top. Caved in the front quarter panel too. No apology. Asked him to stop using that door until I could take off the panel and start to fix it, didn't register with him. Complained the whole time about how the last person didn't use enough sealant. Lost pieces and needed to use my tools. Weird experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone.
