I had an excellent experience with Micro Chip Auto Glass! The team was incredibly helpful from start to finish, walking me through the insurance claim process and making everything so easy. They even made it out to my office the very next day to replace my windshield, which was a huge convenience. The technicians were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They completed the work quickly without compromising on quality. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass repair or replacement. I have always trusted one of the big box location type of places. The name rhymes with SMAFELITE. It is not that the big box location wasn't good, but their prices and insane up charges and fees make them so hard to return to. I heard of the team at MicroChip a few months ago and we used them for one of our fleet vehicles for work. We were so impressed with their speed, effective time management of the process and how easy it was to schedule and pay. About 6 weeks ago I heard the inevitable....the horrible sound of a rock hitting my windshield. I could not see it, but I heard it. Within a week or so I saw the crack. It grew so fast in a short time and I called up the folks at MicroChip. They came to my office (with no extra charge...unlike SMAFELITE) and were done in about 30 mins. The technician Chris was great. He was personable, funny, kind and made me feel great handing over my keys to someone to take care of my girl. (I have named her Elly) Thank you to the team at MicroChip for taking care of my girl and keeping me and my family safe on the road!!

5 stars plus many more if I could put more then I would. I needed to have my windshield replaced asap and called Microchip Auto Glass and spoke with Amy. Who is truly an awesome customer service representative at Microchip Auto Glass. She helped me right away and was very efficient and wonderful. The process was so simple and scheduled me for the very next day. Then Chris met me right on time, within the 2 hour window that they said they will stop by and fix the windshield. Chris did an excellent job and he’s a very pleasant person too. All in all it was a truly very professional experience and with a very good value at that too. Just do not go anywhere else! This is the right place to go. I did!

These guys a so professional and having a right service mind. For of all, he is so reliable. Actually, he missed my first appointment, and he called me next day for asking me a forgiveness and offered free of service. He came here my area by following appointment exactly on time. and did a great job for the rock chip repair. I had several rock chip repair previously but this guy is best and professional job. And plus, price was very reasonable compare than other shops. if I have another happening on my windshield then I will call this company again. I have worry no more of it. So far they are the best price for my windshield replacement, out of pocket, AND coming to my location. Other places bump up their already high prices another 40+ to come and fix at your location. Very helpful employees on the phones and I will update my review after the work is done. Long overdue update to my review: Completely forgot to come back and update this review, so it has been 2+years since my new windshield has been installed and there have been zero issues. Excellent quality of work and will come back in the future if needed.

Jim did an amazing job on my car! It was really easy to communicate with him, he was friendly and super informative. He did it super fast (under an hour), the new window looks beautiful, he vacuumed out my front seats, and fixed the edges of my windshield which were worn down from car washes for free! For my small car windshield it was $250ish with the lifetime warranty included! Best of all, he came to my work and fixed my car in the parking lot so I didn’t even have to come to him. 10/10 will call him next time I need my window fixed!

Was so impressed with my window repair service I stopped everything to write this review right away. Had my car broken into this weekend and needed my window replaced. Not only did Eugene the manager offer me almost $100 cheaper than the 6 other places I called, they also came to me. Jim the tech took around 45min to fix and vacuum up all the glass. Very professional and friendly. Thank you microchip and l will definitely recommend and use again. Hopefully I wont need to though.

I needed my 2020 volvo vnl 860 windshield repalced once I arrived in the Fife Washington area. Made one phone call and ended up to be the perfect call. Microchip Auto Glass is Your solution! Eugene has the experience and knowledge, the product used is a quality product, repair time was minimal. This by far has been my best semi truck repair related experience to date. Service was outstanding and the price is absolutely unbeatable! Highly recommend!!

This was a good day for a front windshield replacement on my Peterbilt. Talk to him at 8:00 a.m.. I got a lot of extra little things. Like him reinstalling my video camera on the window. Fast and efficient total timer repair an hour and 20 minutes. I recommend that you use this company for your Auto and big truck window repairs. The best thing at all I was able to pick up my load and on my way to Orlando Florida.

Auto glass broke out of nowhere early Saturday morning. Living out of my car at the moment so I needed it replaced ASAP (plus it's raining). I called Microship Auto Glass and they got me right within 5 hours and I'm fixed and back on the road. People here are professional, nice and accommodating. Truly blessings and I will be referring them to anyone I know needa a new windshield or car glass windows.
