Blue Ribbon Auto Glass

The whole experience was worlds better than what I've come to expect when cars are involved. Mat and Jason gave me the best possible service. The quote was extremely fast and less than I had expected. Got my appointment scheduled a couple days after my quote. Jason arrived within the expected timeframe and was polite and respectful, got the job done faster than the initial expectation and there were no surprises from the expectations that had already been set. Blue Ribbon Auto Glass will always be my first call and my first recommendation if anyone needs service going forward. I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

Horrible windshield replacement. After the job was complete the car made a whooshing sound they told me it could not have been the windshield it was because the car was old. This is after I called blue ribbon auto glass. They told me that there was no way to fix it short of getting another windshield. Luckily for me we got another cracked windshield so this time we went somewhere else for the replacement. When the job was done the technician asked me if I ever had any issues with the windshield. I asked why and he showed me two pictures of where the windshield wasn’t even glued in place along the bottom edge and along the passenger side there was a 4 inch gap where there was no glue either. It’s a miracle the glass didn’t come out of the car. I will never EVER go back and I’ll tell everyone of the horrible experience I had there as well calling my insurance company and telling them what a bad job they did. Their response below is a joke stating that I had the job completed somewhere else. I’m happy to post a pic of the receipt to prove that it did come from BRAG

Tree branch through the windshield day before, needed replaced ASAP, I called 18 different places first thing in the morning, blue ribbon was the only one who could come out same day, gave me a quote at 350~ after tax, etc, had my 90s Honda civic windshield in stock, arrived couple hours later, not crazy cheap but considerably better that many of the other places, plus communicative, professional, SUPER FAST, worked with me. Only 3 of the 18 Tacoma places I called, left messages and emails with got back to me within 2 hours, blue ribbon communicated and knew when where how much etc that it was all gonna be. Took him less than half an hour for the install, cleaned up after, I payed right there, got a guarantee, receipt and he was off. Chill dude. Only problem is, now my filthy piece of $#1* car, has an uncharacteristically bodacious shiney new shield. Wow, I have to say that was a very good experience I had a windshield replaced on my Jeep Patriot. Initially when I was searching for somewhere to get my windshield replaced I called several places and they were all $400 or more and they did not come to you, you would have to go to them and drop off your car. I found Blue ribbon Auto Glass and after reading the reviews I chose them. When I spoke to Matt on the phone he was very responsive he communicated really well and I had my windshield replaced 2 days after our initial conversation. Jason came and installed the window he was very friendly explained everything really well got it done in under 2 hours, paid with my debit card and that was it. Very painless, highly recommend! Definitely will be going back to them if I need any other windshield replacements.

Interacting Matt on the phone; he was very helpful and cordial. I had to place an order for a window from AZ with him. However, he called me later that day and said he sourced one for me. I wouldn't have to wait a week for it to arrive. Great customer service Matt! Not to mention the best prices around town. They also provided mobile service, very accommodating for my circumstance. Jason the technician arrived on time. He had two windows to replace on separate vehicles. I don't normally do online reviews, but I was compelled by the excellent customer service I received. #1 it was very refreshing to be able to speak to a person when you call a business. #2 Price quote was about 20% less than other auto glass providers, that's always a good thing. #3 Matt was very pleasant over the phone, and you can tell he cared about the company and level of service he was providing. He got the job scheduled within a week. Jason the installer was on time and got the job done in record time. He did a clean job and I was just impressed with his professionalism. I have been a customer of Blue Ribbon for the last 5+ years and my only regret is not finding them sooner! They have been taking care of my fleet at work as well as my personal vehicles and have always provided great communication and shown up to appointments when expected. After numerous windshield repairs and replacements without any issues, we recently ran into a bump in the road, which seemingly is a manufacturer defect and not necessarily due to Blue Ribbon's work. However, Matt stepped up and took full responsibility to make everything whole and get me back on the road. I can't thank Matt and Jason enough for their professionalism and quality of work!

Perfect and seemless experience, from beginning to end. After calling a few places for quotes, blue ribbon auto glass had the best value, and very transparent with pricing. Others never told us the final price including the tax, and they did. Even with tax it was cheaper than competitors. Customer service was phenomenal, always there to answer any questions and concerns we had. The install only took 30 min (for a toyota), and it came out perfect with no issues at all! I wish I had known of them sooner. Very friendly and honest company. I highly recommend them for all your auto glass needs! Keep in mind they come to you (home or office). 🙂

This service was great! I had just come back from a rotation and went out to my car this morning to see my driver side window had been broken into. Noticed at 6am, called around a few places and scheduled an appointment with these guys! Jason was here early, and finished the job super fast and well! He explained it all great, and did an amazing job! Appreciative that we were able to get this finished today and wish such great ease! I would recommend.
