A friend and I went to Bellevue, WA for a few days and stayed at a pretty nice hotel. He parked his car in the hotel's parking garage, but a low life still found its way into the garage and busted out his back passenger window. On the way back from Bellevue to Tacoma (with a trash bag flapping in the wind where the glass used to be) I Googled "Auto Glass Repair Tacoma" and one of the results was Barrier Auto Glass, LLC. This was a Saturday, so a lot of auto-glass repair places were closing at noon. Barrier Auto Glass closes at 2 PM on Saturday. We left the hotel around 11:30 AM. I called Barrier Auto Glass around 11:45 and, by 1:00 PM my friend had a new window. We honestly weren't expecting to have this fixed until next week. I think I spent maybe five minutes on the phone with Barrier answering questions as to what make and model the vehicle is, price quotes, etc. Showed up to location where we were directed, and the repairman arrived at about the same time. Very seamless transaction. I definitely recommend Barrier. It's unfortunate these incidents are so common these days, but it definitely lessens stress when you can get the problem fixed and move on.

Installed scratched windshield, ruined interior trim that is non replaceable as it’s a classic car. there was wet black silicone in so many places other then sealing the windshield, places I found silicone roof, hood, fenders, around front windows. Had to have it detailed all over again. And on top of all that the outer seal wasn’t done right and is sticking up in spots and broken in spots so now I have a sweet small rust spot a year later. When I got the windshield it wasn’t even a eupo one like the original. Wish I could give them the windshield back and get my money back not sure why they sent a new guy to work on a show quality 88 Volkswagen. This place sucks for not listening to me on the phone when I first made and appointment and told them someone experienced needs to do it. Instead they sent a moron new guy!

'Twas the week before Xmas And all through the 'hood, People smashing windows and Grabbing what they could. Our company vans were hit Not once, but twice - Barrier saved the day! And were so, SO nice! Seriously, everything about our experience with Barrier Auto Glass was excellent. They searched to find the windows we needed, worked us in as quickly as possible, came to us for both our van windows, worked after hours in the dark, cold, and rain, vacuumed ALL the broken glass out of the vehicles, cleaned the windows when they were all done, and did it all with a smile. After my car was broken into and my window shattered, I found these guys while calling around for quotes. This was one of the better quotes that offered mobile service rather than having to take the car to them. My experience with them was excellent! The lady who answered the phone was polite and courteous, and when the guys showed up to do the replacement, they showed up on time, they were professional and courteous and did an awesome job on the replacement. They even went above and beyond with vacuuming the shattered glass out of the car! If I ever have need for automotive glass in the future I will be calling these guys first!!

These wonderful people have fixed a back window for me and a windshield (two separate occasions). Both times they bet out Safelite in prices. Michelle who answers their phones, is so helpful and wonderful. Safelite wouldn’t replace my windshield due to the age of the car and their worry about rust. So I called Barrier since they previously did my back window. I called with multiple questions and Michelle was able to answer all my questions; provide a quote and get my vehicle scheduled right away. This small business is amazing. I would recommend them for all auto glass needs!

Great experience! Booked an appointment for the same day. They come to you to fix your window. They were easy to get a hold of, didn’t have to wait through an automated system just to speak to a person. They said they would be here between 3-5 and they got here at 3:30 which was great. They called me when they were 10 minutes away. Great communication. They do ask for a $52 deposit that goes towards your total. The gentleman was a friendly man. Not more expensive than other places.

I had my winshield smashed and I called Barrier Auto Glass right away. They always answer and can always book me a same day appointment. I’ve had multiple jobs done with them and Ricardo does an awesome job everytime very clean and efficient. I refer all my family and friends to Barrier! The best prices and free mobile service too which is very convenient for me. I will always us Barrier Auto Glass for any window replacements I will need.

Super, super easy. Met the team in a van. They had the glass ready go, I went and got lunch 5 minutes away, and hour later the windshield was brand new, I paid on an iPhone and boom, we both drive away happy. Couldn’t have been smoother and their communication leading up to it was excellent! Very comparable price to bigger chains for this service, so it made sense to book the local business - and I would encourage others to do the same!

Tacoma dome last night the back window got broken out of our Toyota sienna 2018 limited. Thieves hit us and three other cars parked on McKinley Hill right above the dome. This morning at 7:40 I googled her auto glass place it might be open on Saturday near me. I saw barrier was listed so I called them. Less than 5 minutes on the phone they were going to get to me by 1:00 today. It's 12:47 they're done and I am happy.

I had these guys meet me and they fixed my rear glass they pulled the glass out without breaking it and they even had a replacement for my car if it did break I have a2003 Subaru WRX a bugeye so it's kind of a hard glass to get I have to save these guys are awesome price was very reasonable justagreat service I will always use them for any glass service in the future A plus thanks sServicesService not listed
