Ian Hanshew went above and beyond to make sure myself and my son were completely satisfied with the service provided by Champion Auto Glass. My review/story is long but it shows the extent that Ian took to make our experience positive and memorable experience. When the windshield on my son's 2020 Subaru Outback needed to be replaced. I did my due diligence and contact several auto glass repair companies in the Quantico, VA area. Many of them provided really low estimates and said the job was easy and could be completed in an hour. But after talking with my Insurance Adjuster, I found that if a recalibration of the forward-facing cameras was not completed after a windshield replacement. It could cause problems with the cameras and safety systems. Champion Auto Glass was the only company to explain the need to recalibrate and the other companies seemed to ignore that fact in order to gain a sale. I selected Champion Auto Glass for its honesty, integrity, and straightforward pricing. Because of my son’s crazy work schedule/training at Marine Corps Base Quantico. It was difficult to arrange a time to drop his car off. We had to reschedule the repair dates multiple times, most of which were last minute. It got to the point that Ian even offered to come to Quantico to pick up my son’s car! Thankfully it never came to that but his exceptional offer shows how commitment he was to make sure his customers were happy. Ian worked closely with Kevin Hall/Beyers Subaru to make arrangements to do the windshield replacement and camera calibration on the same day (appt was for Friday). When my son was not able to make his appointment…but did not tell me until after the service department had closed. I reached out to Ian and he immediately contacted Kevin and arrange a new next-day appointment (Saturday). Remember, this all took place after the Beyer’s service department closed so it was no small feat. The entire repair job went according to plan, but my son was not able to pick his car up before the service department closed. When Ian was informed my son could not pick up his car, he again reached out to Kevin after hours; and made arrangements for pickup Sunday morning. Through the challenges of coordinating a repair date with my son’s constantly changing schedule, short timelines on the repair because of weekend hours at Beyers Subaru, and all the way to picking up the car. Ian showed a high level of patience and resolute that would have driven other companies to just give up and send our business elsewhere. I recently had the pleasure of working with Champion Auto Glass for a windshield replacement on my 2025 Ford Explorer, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. I just left Champion Auto Glass and could not be more pleased with the job they did. An object hit our windshield Saturday while traveling on I-66. My wife called the insurance company and an appointment with Safelite was made for April 21st, over a week away. We've had the car only a few days. It has only 1900 miles on it. I called the dealership where I bought it to ask for recommendations on getting it fixed and they immediately said they send all their glass jobs to Champion Auto Glass. I called and Ian the owner answered. He took my name, VIN, and insurance information. He told me he could get it done sooner and better. I said OK and called the insurance company glass department which is actually affiliated with Safelite. They had no problem however changing my claim to Champion. The windshield came in today and Ian rearranged his schedule so my windshield could be replaced. As promised, it was done sooner than what it would have been done. Ian is not only an awesome businessman who goes the extra mile for his customers but he's a nice guy. He has a trained, experienced, and professional crew who along with Ian, had my glass replaced and calibrated in only an hour and a half. Special shoutout to Jimmy at the front desk. He was busier than a cat covering its poo but I noticed he handled the numerous calls with calmness and professionalism. Unfortunately, the only reason to deal with this awesome company is if you have broken glass. I think I'll swing by with lunch some day.

Highly recommend Champion Auto Glass. The owner, Ian, is a man of integrity and faith with outstanding customer service and technical knowledge. I have a 2009 Toyota Venza with a Panoramic sunroof that started leaking water into the cabin due to a bad seal. The dealer wanted $6-8K to fix it, as their solution was to replace the entire assembly, which would eventually leak again due to a bad seal design. I did a Google search for auto glass shops in the area, and Ian’s shop caught my eye due to all the positive reviews. I also noticed that when a reviewer mistakenly reviewed his business for work he had not done, he pointed out that it wasn’t his business that had done the work. That level of honesty and integrity stood out and is getting all too rare these days, so I knew that Champion Auto Glass would be the shop that could help me. It turned out he had a lot of experience resealing other sunroofs, to include Venzas just like mine. I contacted him, and he responded within the hour. By the end of the day, he had me locked in for an appointment to reseal my sunroof, and for less than a quarter of what the dealer was quoting me. Champion Auto Glass is true to their name. They are champs because they do quality work at a great price and exhibit integrity and excellence in all they do, and that is no small part due to Ian.

I had a wonderful experience; I will never use another auto glass company. For reference, I worked with safelight a couple of years ago with my previous car, and I was dreading the thought of having to reach out to them for my current repairs, as my experience was quite unpleasant. Thankfully, I had Champion recommended to me. I spoke with Heidi about having a few chips filled, and she was extremely kind. She helped me work with my insurance and kept in touch with me every step of the way. She even knew we have a cold front coming in and wanted to help me before the chips could get worse from the cold weather. Within less than 24hrs, they had me scheduled and completed the repairs. I am a repeat customer of Champion Auto Glass. My most recent experience has made me a customer for life. My Jeep Wrangler needed a new windshield. As usual, the Champion team did an excellent job with the installation. After the installation, I noticed that the glass seemed defective. I called Champion on Labor Day. They were closed, but the call was forwarded to the owner's (Ian) personal phone. He picked up and I explained the situation. Without the slightest hesitation, he offered to source new glass from two separate suppliers to make sure he got a good product. The next several weeks were very wet and the installation had to be postponed several times. But, Ian and his team kept me informed the entire time. I never had to call to check in on the status. The new glass has now been put in and it is perfect. The sign of a good company is when they make things right. I highly recommend Champion Auto Glass. Kudos to Ian and his team!

This company is the most transparent company I have ever worked with. They did a phenomenal job on my car and the staff was very friendly. Ian, the owner, is a stand up guy. After the job was done, some sap had fallen on my windshield wiper. I turned on the wiper and it made it seem like the windshield was scratched. Frustrated, I called Ian. He answered my call after hours, and drove to inspect the car personally. He explained what happened and cleaned off my windshield. After the instance, he noticed my headlight was out and began getting me in contact with local businesses that could help me out for a good price. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They used high quality glass, drove to my office, and got the work done within an hour. If you choose another company over Champion, you are making a mistake!

I had a cracked windshield that needed to be replaced before my state inspection. I was not in a hurry, but Ian was able to schedule me for the next day. I showed up early and they were already set and ready to start working. My car is nothing fancy, a computer/work truck but they treated the car as though it was brand new. Ian answered all my questions about the hows and whys of auto glass. (Fascinating by the way. Way more technical than I thought.) Had I not been for the questions i asked, I would have been out of there in 30 minutes. I enjoyed watching the process and the explanations. Champion Auto Glass is truly amazing! They were very responsive to my needs and carefully explained everything to me and provided me with my options on repairing vs replacing my windshield. They even came to my job the very next day and repaired my windshield. I didn't have to miss work and was able to get my windshield taken care of :) I am thankful they were able to repair it! If I end up needing to replace it in the future, I will definitely have them replace it.
