Atlantic Auto Glass

I called on a Saturday and sure enough Monday at 11:00AM they were at my house ready to replace my windshield. I have not driven my car since the replacement but I’m hoping everything is good. Update: Although they were responsive and Very, Very respectful I am not happy with the damages that came afterwards. To make a long story short my sensor in my windshield was fried to to the removal of protective glue around the sensor. I called them a couple days after explaining my auto sensing wipers were not working and the came back to me free of charge. After working on the sensor for a couple hours they concluded that the windshield needed to be re calibrated. I went to the infiniti dealership only to find out the windshield was fine but the sensor no longer worked due to removal of the protective glue. $780 dollars later the sensor was replaced. They even showed me the original. I called AAG and explained what happened and they respectfully told me they aren’t responsible because I should’ve called them to purchase and install the new sensor. Now maybe I’m wrong for not doing that but in the back of my mind I’m thinking why on earth would I do that when Their original diagnosis was incorrect. They are not mechanics they are glass repairmans. Anyway I asked if they could just reimburse me for the new sensor and they wouldn’t. Keep in mind still being very respectful. I’m giving them 3 stars because they were polite and responsive.

Phenomenal service, Excellent customer service. I have used Atlantic Auto Glass previously for my vehicle and I have nothing but amazing things to say from the mannerism to exceptional work these guys do. I would not only recommend them based on the work completed but also quality and the pure customer service in delight of energy given. Please use them for any windshield repair as I am committed 100 percent to never go anywhere except for Atlantic Auto Glass for any windshield replacement or repair. I had the pleasure of speaking to Sam on the day after my car was vandalized with the windshield being shattered. I was so upset , but his voice and pleasant demeanor calmed me so I knew my car could get back to normal soon. He gave me the best price out of four other places, and even wanted to fix it the same day. I had to schedule my appointment a few days later, and two very nice techs came out to my house where I sat on my porch and chatted with them before they started to work. The techs were so focused and easy going that they made the hard work look like a cakewalk! Highly recommended and excellent service! Needed a window replaced on my kia optima. I called around to several companies and ultimately ended up working with these guys. The reasons: the gentleman was polite and professional on the phone, provided an extremely quick turn around time (was at my house within 90 minutes) and was willing to even come to my location to work on my car, and the price was reasonable. Upon meeting them at my house, i noticed their level of professionalism. They vacuumed out all the broken glass (my car was broken into), took their time installing the glass properly and were very friendly. I had a great experience working with them and will be recommending them to my friends and family. Thanks again!

I had to replace the windshield on my 2020 Kia. I called multiple companies in the area and they all charged double the price that was quoted to me by Atlantic Auto Glass. Safelite literally was charging me theee times the price and i was told they could not get to me for next four days. This company not only offered the best price but the came to my job the next day and had the job done while i took my break. The technician was professional, efficient, and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to all friends, family, and people that need to have their auto glass replaced. Hopefully i won’t need it again but if i do, I’ll know not to waste my time with other companies and come here straight.

A rock hit a section of glass on the roof of my car just in front of my sunroof. The glass completely shattered. I went to several different glass companies and no one was willing to work on it. I called Sam at Atlantic auto and he was completely familiar with the repair I needed done. He even went to the Kia dealership to pick up the part for me. The job took about an hour and everything was done perfectly and the price was great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone as they were awesome. If only other businesses would operate this way it would be great.

Sam was very professional, polite and kind. He changed the windshield, even wiped my dashboard and clean the seats just to make sure that car is safe to set in after changing the windshield although it didn't break at all while removing the old one. I highly recommend using Atlantic Auto Glass! I have used them in the past and they are professional, quick and provide good quality work. My glass shattered over the weekend. I called to make an appointment and they were able to fit me in first thing Monday morning. I really like how they communicate their prices and stick with it, no surprises. The gentlemen I spoke with also beat the prices of the other places I had looked into to. I will definitely use them again =)

I called this morning to see when they could fit me in for an appointment, get a quote, and check availability of my glass. The tech said they could fit me in today. I asked about the price and was quoted an extremely reasonable price and they had my glass in stock. When I showed up the two techs were fast, clean, and got done in 40 minutes. The quote from a national auto-glass company I approached yesterday was $$, the counter person was not too enthused about my business and the shops' time-frame to do the work was 7 days out. On the other hand, AAG's quote was $, Sam is very personable and the work was done the next morning.
