Low Price Auto Glass

Took my car here to get the front window replaced with 15% tint on all other window Tint: it wasn’t good , they placed tint over top of a sticker inside the car window, in order to get it off I’ll have to take the tint off that window and redo it. They never mentioned it and I found out when I got home. (250$ wasted cause I’ll have to replace all the window tint cause I’m not gonna have one a slightly different shade of tint from another brand) They also tore my trunk door actuator off , which drained my battery. I didn’t realize and didn’t want to assume so I changed my own battery (250$) but then check over my whole car, the door actuator seems to be the issue which is why even the new battery I installed drained as well. Now I have to replace the battery again (probably) and I’ll have to fix my trunk actuator. The actuator being torn off in the process of tinting has cause my car to not be functional for a few days now ( I have a Hyundai and the actuator malfunction has caused a lot of other issues stimming from it. Low price auto glass cost me more than what the tint was worth and I’m frustrated and never hated my car until now. Tinting has cost me way more than it’s worth. I have 2 stars because they did change my front windshield and I see no visible problems with it. However, now I’m scared it’s only a matter of time before the windshield has some kind of issue with it in the next week or so. My car was serviced less than a week ago. I did place a decal on the outside window to over the sticker they tinted over because it was ugly and tacky. At least the vinyl decal I used on the outside is anime so it’s cuter than a misplace square sticker

This place took amazing care of my car! Their services were fast and I only went here because they had high rating on Google. I took my car in Wednesday after work to get a quote for my windshield although it was very busy at the time, Andy was able to go out of his way to assist me. I explained to him that the cause of damage was unknown to me and that I found my windshield cracked when I returned to the parking lot after getting off work and only realized it when I was taking my sun shades down.He was very thorough and professional even explained to me that the process of replacing my windshield will take 3-4 hrs and was able to get me scheduled for the same week on a Saturday. I dropped my car off and everything went just as planned. The greatest thing that saved me time was that they were able to put all my stickers back on my window especially my safety sticker, I thought it wasn’t possible and I would have to go back to the shop that did my safety inspection to get the sticker replaced. I was able to drive off feeling safe knowing that the crack no longer exists. Thank You! Low Price Auto Glass and your team for your amazing service.

Nice quality work, the I'm guessing owner who dealt with me was pretty stand up guy. Prices were reasonable. 4/5 stars for quality speed and price (I called ahead and made sure they had my windshield and went at a weird time midweek). One complaint is minor but I'm not out here just throwing around 5 star ratings. The work was a bit messy, like it's clear they had some shavings/epoxy or plastic/rubber from the process that was on my dash and cab also on top of my steering wheel. Nothing overly terrible but I had gotten me truck detailed before and was caught off guard when I got it back...it wouldn't take much for their techs to run a microfiber cloth over the dashboard and possibly leave it cleaner than they found it.

Previously been years ago and had excellent service. Call the week ago to make an appointment. The guy on the phone says just come in. Today I show up and the guy I should have gotten a name says to me, did I have an appointment?I said no. I could not wait 325 hours.So as I was walking out, another gentleman came in and said, I have an appointment. So I went to my car and I called and said, I'd like to make an appointment and the guy on the phone tells me they don't make appointments. So the customer service, dad is seriously lacking or somebody. There is incompetent and doesn't know what's going on. However, I will pay extra money to get better service.

Excellent service. First: They actually answer the phone. 2nd: They take the time to make sure they have your product and then set accurate expectations for when the job will be completed. They are very respectful of your time. 3. They are extremely thorough and told me what they could and could not fix regarding my windshield and the surrounding area. 4. They were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. 5. Their price was very reasonable and their workmanship excellent. 6. They made me feel like they appreciated my business. Moving forward this will be the only place I go for my car glass needs. I’m very grateful and highly recommend them.

I was referred by fam and they were right. Excellent staff! You can tell they’re very busy, but they still took great care of me and my little green Fiesta. They saved my quote while I shopped around, but I shouldn’t have bothered. Best out of pocket windshield replacement price by $80-130! They made it easy for me to call on my lunch (very quick but not rushing me and answered all my questions) and pick up after work. I need more businesses to run like this. I will be telling anyone who needs auto glass repair or replacement to go here!

The people who answer the phones are very unprofessional. Then when you go to the place they have unprofessional attitudes as well . I’ve NEVER had any problems with dealerships , auto glass places or Businesses when it comes to my vehicle being serviced and i have with THEM ‼️ If you don’t want to be professional and be polite to your customers WHY ARE YOU AT WORK OR ANSWERING THE PHONE ?? They need to hire better staff , your staff AND work SPEAKS VALUE about your company but that staff is NASTY !!

Dropped in without an appointment they were amazing! I called ahead of time and they answered immediately and were able to get me in that day. When I showed up they were quick to get my car needs completed and went over and above in even cleaning. They were thorough in making sure that they looked it through before hand and afterwards. I was prepared to wait but the staff were so sweet and kind. Overall a great experience and prices were phenomenal! I could not have had a better experience.

Low price is the best glass game in town. We have been using them for years for both our personal vehicles as well as various commercial truck fleets. Have never encounter a piece of glass they couldn't change. Prices are the best in town, communication and scheduling is good. I can't say enough good things about this shop! I met one of the owners Richard a while back when I needed to have the windshield on my 4Runner replaced. Other businesses gave me the run around about back log, not having the right glass, etc... This Mom and Pop shop replaced my windshield, got it back to me the SAME DAY, and at a fair price. Can't ask for anything more than that and they will always get my business and my referrals. Thank you guys!
