Joshua came out and replaced my windshield on my 2018 BMW 530i because he was sub-contracted through Safe Auto Glass in Sarasota FL. After he replaced my windshield, I received 4 warning lights on my dashboard that states Reduced Driver Assistance, Lane Departure Warning, Front Collision Warning. Took it to BMW dealership they scanned using ISTA. Found multiple codes associated with KAFAS and gesture control. Ran the recalibration twice and road tests and still faults were still appearing. They scanned it again. So they found the trims to be damaged and incorrectly fitted. Call Joshua and he stated I need to speak with Safe Auto Glass, but he was the technician who came out and replaced my windshield. He is not answering me or my husband calls. This part is now costing me over $2700 to get fix and I fill he is liable for the damage since it was not damage before he took the windshield out.

Josh was extremely professional. He completed the job ahead of schedule and offered a much more reasonable price than national companies like Safelite. Plus, he came directly to our warehouse for the service. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone in need of a windshield replacement.
