Auto Glass Now

Service was Excellent!! I called Auto Glass Now after walking outside and seeing my back drivers side window completely shattered! I was already upset for walking outside on my way to urgent care with the flu; only to have to deal with a broken window. After going back and forth with my insurance and the “other guys” who’s commercial I see every day *rolls eyes * .. I called these guys! The young lady I spoke to on the phone was friendly, knowledgeable and scheduled me within minutes! I asked if they offered mobile service and was scheduled for three days later! I paid out of pocket and they were less expensive than some of the “competitors “with better service ! The day of my appointment, the gentleman called and told me what time he would be there that morning ; and arrived on time . He gave me a window of how long it would take to fix my window ; and it was fixed within 45 minutes!! He is a quiet guy ,not much of a talker ; and that’s okay he was there to do his job and I respect that !! lol I told him I’m not a person to “hover”, so I went back upstairs to work. When he was finished he called me to come outside and check everything. He vacuumed out the glass I missed as well!! I can’t tell that I ever had to have the window replaced!! It rained recently and I haven’t had any leaks or issues !! I would recommend this place if you want fast, courteous service !!

Quite interesting many of the reviews speak of speed of service, which is great when the job is done accurately. Be sure to double check the QUALITY of your service…in my case, received a botched job! Once rolled down, I observed the window was not properly aligned with the rubber support that moves the window up/down and required 2 hours of out of town travel back to VA Beach to correct “a 5 minute job”, per the words of the shop manager himself. I have made numerous attempts and been waiting almost (3) weeks to speak with someone regarding my disappointment with this service appointment following a number of verbal & written communications! Time to move this situation in a new direction to levels above the local managers, I have encountered especially when you recognize inadequacies and incompetency (non-responsiveness). Full resolution to this matter IS NOT an option. Moral of the story: inspect what you expect and more importantly what you pay for. However, pursue poor services experiences. “There’s nothing we can do”…unacceptable, and frankly speaking…wrong answer!

I needed a new windshield on my rental truck before I had to turn it in. I usually use my insurance when I rent a car, but with my deductible being so high and experiencing a crack in the windshield that would cost less than the deductible, I will from this point on add on their insurance. But that is a topic for another review. I went in to ask for the windshield, the lady at the front desk came out and assessed the windshield and told me that I would be able to come in the next day to have it replaced! Nice! The next day, I arrived when they opened at 8am. Another lady at the counter informed me that the windshield would be arriving at 9:30am. No problem for me since they could fit me in the schedule the next day. It was about 2 hours after that when they were finished. All of the ladies that work behind the desk were professional. If you need any auto glass work done, come here instead of the other place where you know the jingle. Went here this Saturday i wont recommend this place small details for me makes a huge impact i should have went with my instinct and removed it before going to this place but i am so busy and did not able too remember to do it. What happened is they did not remove my microphone which it was attached to the radio hoping i thought they just tucked it in where it was before as soon as i inspect it where it used to be attached to the corner of the glass notice that they cut it so basically they destroy my property they could have just called me in the waiting room and could have just pulled it off easy instead of them cutting it and Now i don't have a microphone on my car monitor to answer people pretty disappointing. Plus i can agree with the others that left negative review about them leaving your car with glass shards and dirt is true i don't mind it but beware.

The technician was friendly, willing to work under the carport, and the job was done quickly, but the result was definitely something i wish i hadn't done. While yes, the glass was replaced, and the job was done despite weather being poor, i'd rather it take longer than end up a mess. -paint was chipped (i assume on accident) but it wasn't there that morning -trim not put back correctly -residue left on paint and windows again, i'm glad i have a windshield, but i wish i had just went to the dealer or another service. *note* I forgot to update about the response from owner eventually leading to nothing. I'm a multiple repeat offender (lol) since 2018 both commercial and personal. I've also turned my home boys on to them.it is a business but they have become more that that.service is off the chart and they treat you with respect which you rarely see today. They do a professional job. I don't give reviews cause most places are just in it for the money i get it but the auto glass now on Princess Ann rd in Norfolk va. is much more than that there genuine people not fake people and they treat you like they would want to be treated. Go find out for yourself it's about RESPECT and Professionalism Awesome job once again see ya on the next round highly recommend

I arrived about 20 minutes earlier than appointment for a nickel size chip/spider crack on the passenger side. The representative explained that I would still see the crack, but it wouldn't get any bigger. That was my main concern because of location. Tech came out and said it took the resin, so shouldn't get any larger. Warranty was clearly explained. In and out in 30-35 minutes, and chip is definitely less noticable. I appreciated how they worked with my insurance company, I have full coverage, so no out of pocket costs. And should it ever need to be replaced, the cost of repair would be applied to the replacement. Very satisfied so far.

Great shop, great customer service, great work! I was being jerked around by another well known auto glass repair shop and decided to bring my vehicle to Auto Glass Now and they were able to get my vehicle done the same day! Very punctual also. My appointment was at 2pm, they said it would take 2 1/2 hours, they called me at 4:28 to tell my vehicle was ready! Plus their prices are very reasonable. Their price for windshield replacement on my vehicle was over $500 cheaper than the other place I almost went to. I definitely recommend Auto Glass Now! Thank you for saving my day!

You know my biggest since the covid years is the lack of professionalism and customer service in many places..... okay....but here's one fantastic business exception that will never fit as example. AUTO CLASS NOW was absolutely phenomenal.....
