I was extremely pleased with this company an ecspecially tom. He kept me abreast with every detail of what had to be done an what should be done in future. He took extra time an patience with my questions an answered them in a way i completley understood about what he was talking about hes a wonderful part of auto glass fitters 5 stars for tom i would defitley reccomend this company for future work

The price was better than competitors and included a decent clean-up. I called to set up the appointment and the person was very helpful and friendly. The service person was polite/professional and did a great job. Though I hope to NOT need any more auto glass replacements, I would use them again. I am a Spanish speaker....I tried to speak with a customer representative and the lady hang up on me because I didn't understand something that she told me....that was super horrible...we live in a country with diversity and everyone needs to do some effort for understanding each other!NegativeProfessionalism

When my appointment actually happen the guy couldn't be nicer. The work was done within 30 minutes of his arrival. Only thing I would say is they did move my appointment two times. I'm sure it is due to Covid-19, but that did change my schedule around. Overall very happy.

Got my windshield completely replaced out of this world fast had a great conversation with him while he did it friendly and for a great price. This was done earlier last year now I’m trying to see if they’ll repair a small crack from this dummy’s rock on 64 lol👍🏼 …

I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Alfredo. He was very professional and informative which shows his awesome customer service skills. I didn't book because they weren't full, but will call them next time sure to their good customer service.

They came out and replaced the windshield wind was coming through it called and back out the guy said it wasn't enough glue on it the first time was the same guy who came out the first time they said they would replace it again and send two technicians they sent the same guy out who complained on himself and put more glue on it windshield is still whistling the company offered to send two guys out to replace the windshield again but sent the same guy out my insurance company is going to take it from here and get our money back worst company ever worse customer service ever do not recommendServicesAuto windshield replacement

The technician was great!! However the staff who works in the office are very very rude and do not have any customer service skills. I was very surprised how rude they were for no apparent reason. I was serviced on 7/27/2022. Staff in office very unprofessional. I would challenge the owner to act like he/she was a customer and see the kind of customer service that he/she receives.ServicesGlass installation
