When I needed to replace my windshield, I contacted 77 Auto Glass and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. T.J. came to my office where I work to do the job. Not only was he prompt with his scheduled time, he allowed me to watch him do his work. I was educated in how the old windshield was put in incorrectly and shown the proper way it was supposed to be installed. I can tell a huge difference in the way my car sounds and looks now that I have a new windshield. The cost was reasonable and I'm definitely satisfied with the work. I can use the word professional when it comes to the service I received. And I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to replace a windshield in their vehicle. Mr. TJ was recommended to my husband and me via the folks at the auto repair place here in King William. He came to our home, along with his son, and they replaced my husband's windshield in record time! They were both VERY polite and attentive during the course of the installation. When Mr. TJ finished the job, he went back over his work and offered to replace the entire glass due to a microscopic crack (that only a technician could see.) Nobody does that kind of service nowadays and certainly no other business stands behind their work in such a way as this! For top level service delivered by decent, knowledgeable technicians, give these people a try! You won't be disappinted!

I had called them because I needed a back windshield asap because I shattered mine really bad. I couldn’t wait, and needed it fixed asap. They were local, and I am so happy that I called them. He understood the urgency. He had to order the glass and got the right one for my vehicle and within 48 hours of my call, my window was fixed. He came to my home at 7:45pm and worked until after 9:00 and got it done. Good, honest, hardworking owner! Price was great and much less compared to what the bigger companies would’ve charged me! Communication was excellent! I am so happy to have found a local small business that I will definitely use again if the need arises!

When I called for repair of a chip, he came to my house and inspected the chip but said that it was beyond repair and that I should have the windshield replaced. I appreciated his honesty. On the day of the appointment, he came back to my house and replaced the windshield in about an hour. He was very professional and said that it had a lifetime guarantee. Just not enough good things to say about the service I received. Kind and prompt service right at my door and they arrived quickly and knew exactly what the problem was. Not just for glass replacement, but he repaired a mechanical failure inside of my door that wouldn't allow my electric windows to go up or down. He wasn't sure which part it needed so he brought both. This is a service you hope you never need and it was terrific to be assisted with such care. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.

TJ has worked on my windshield twice in the past month or so (I’ve had terrible luck…) He was courteous and communicated well both times. He let me know what the limitations of the repair possibilities were - every glass crack or chip is different, of course, and the one I had most recently was pretty large! He is very patient with my questions and much more affordable than some of the other options I priced out. Honest work and came to my house the next day after I called. Highly recommend.

TJ is great. I had an issue with getting my window up on my Lexus truck. I gave 77 Auto Glass a call, not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but he came to me the same day. My windshield was shattered in a freak event when my wife and I were traveling home to SC from VA. It was on a Sunday morning so I knew our options for repair would be slim.
