Not only was he prompt with his scheduled time, he allowed me to watch him do his work. I was educated in how the old windshield was put in incorrectly and shown the proper way it was supposed to be installed. I can tell a huge difference in the way my car sounds and looks now that I have a new windshield. The cost was reasonable and I'm definitely satisfied with the work.
