Danny's Auto Glass & Mirror

Okay so I cracked my windshield in December & I scheduled service with Safelite and by April they STILL didn’t have my windshield in stock & kept giving me the run around. I called Danny’s on Monday & on Tuesday i got a call to schedule an appointment on Wednesday! Fast forward to the appointment I was EXTREMELY late & distraught when I got to my appointment due to personal issues I’d had that made me late. Everyone was SO kind and patient and fit me in when they could’ve made me reschedule. They worked quickly and they were even able to keep my state inspection decal & car wash membership decal on the windshield & i was anticipating having to replace both. I am SO grateful to the staff and especially Debbie for her kind understanding nature ! I found them online and they are absolutely amazing. They have had my car in and out of their shop within an hour. I also had my lining of my car door coming apart and had a replacement being delivered the same day. Without asking them they fixed it for me. I was in awe that they did that and didn't charge me anything. I didn't even notice until I received my mail that day and opened the door. I highly recommend them, and they have the best rates. I have great insurance but it was cheaper to get it replaced without it. They went above and beyond for me and they already had great reviews so it was without a doubt that they were the perfect place to go to. They have amazing polite staff, very friendly and welcoming.

Stopped by inquiring as to a strip of rubber at the bottom of my rear window that was starting to come off. A technician came out to look at it and said it was dealer part. On a car you buy it's all a dealers part. He droned on about what types of epoxies that I could use to fix it on my own which went right over my head as I never had heard of such epoxies. That is why I brought it in for the experts to deal with in the first place! I was left with the distinct impression they just didn't want to deal with me. On a whim I went down the road to Auto Glass Now (in Hampton). The technician came out and repaired it within 10 minutes. That was customer service!

The older gentleman with glasses (sorry I don't remember his name) was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in working on my son's Honda to find the leak in his car. He tested the windshield and that wasn't the problem, but he kept looking and actually discovered a small crack in the weld near the windshield. He and another employee put sealant in the crack, retested for leaks and it didn't leak! If they hadn't looked further, my son would have had to take his car to a body shop and it would have cost him so much more and he's on a limited budget. I am truly impressed and very appreciative of all they did for us. THANK YOU!!!

Went in with two very small chips on my windshield. Was told the estimate altogether to get the chips filled in would cost $80. Ultimately, one chip was fixed decently but the other chip turned into a full 8 inch crack on my windshield. I was charged $60 for the one crack and now have to get my entire windshield replaced. Here is the kicker, this location was the only location that has windshield for my make and model after calling around the other locations. One location gave an estimate of $180, this location gave me an estimate of $280, which means an $80 fix turned into a $340 problem. Stay away from this place.

Outstanding service. Friendly and knowledgeable receptionist/cashier. She was able to diagnose the problem w/ my window quickly. My rear drivers side power window regulator was broken. She gave me a estimate on the parts and labor, and even allowed me to find a purchase my own parts after market. The labor was only $125 and I was literally in and out within an hour! I advise that if your window is broken, or if you have a power window related problem to choose Danny's! Oh also schedule an appointment, it will significantly reduce wait time!! 😀✌️. Highly recommend!

I just moved to this area and its really hard finding nice people who have your best interest at heart. By far my experience here was amazing from beginning to end. I had a side mirror that popped out of place and had no idea what to do. Came here and was welcomed with open arms. Spent about 20 minutes there and my problem was fixed. Great customer service, very nice people, positive environment. This is the only place I will be going to for any of my auto glass needs. I am definitely reccommending them to all my friends and family. I love this place !

Cheaper than Safelite! Last year's windshield replacement cost me over $400 with Safelite and Danny's cost out of pocket was a little over $350 since I asked for them to replace my wipers when they changed out my cracked windshield. Danny's is flexible with your schedule; I was able to be seen in less than a week of booking. They took only 30 minutes to replace everything and the staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a quick response, repair, and replacement with manageable prices.

My windshield was loose and I needed it fastened. The gentle man that dealt with me not only told me what I needed to know: also what I didn't know about the work that needed to be done. He gave me two prices concerning the job. I like how they prepared me for what could happen during the labor: but was hoping that everything would go smoothly, so I wouldn't have to pay more. Timing was the best. I dropped my car off that morning: they were finished that morning. I was surprised and impressed from beginning to end.

Just wanted to say that Danny's did a great job on the "back glass" of my wife's SUV. I hit it with a rock while trimming (weed eating) my yard. The glass was completely shattered. Danny's had great communication, polite staff answering phones, on-time work, and great quality to their work. I would highly recommend them and they will be my first call, after insurance, if this ever happens again. They also work with State Farm insurance.... and I'm sure many others.
