I had my windshield replaced at Auto Glass Now in Hampton, and while the work was done well, what really stood out was the exceptional service I received from Jasmine. Working with Jasmine was an absolute pleasure! she was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond any customer service I’ve ever experienced. She coordinated everything with my insurance company and took care of all the details, making the process smooth and stress free. I truly felt like she cared and listened. I honestly wish I had her handling all my service needs! I’m still working with them to address a few minor chips, so I can’t speak to the final outcome on that just yet, but so far the service has been solid. As for the in person experience, it could use a little improvement. It wasn’t bad …the team did their job and my windshield was replaced well, but the level of service didn’t quite match the outstanding interaction I had with Jasmine over the phone. Also, the door made a very loud, unpleasant noise when opening and closing, and the waiting area could definitely use some TLC. Again not terrible, but could really be easily made a little better. Overall, Jasmine made this experience with Auto Glass Now in Hampton a truly positive one, and her dedication and care made all the difference

Okay so I cracked my windshield in December & I scheduled service with Safelite and by April they STILL didn’t have my windshield in stock & kept giving me the run around. I called Danny’s on Monday & on Tuesday i got a call to schedule an appointment on Wednesday! Fast forward to the appointment I was EXTREMELY late & distraught when I got to my appointment due to personal issues I’d had that made me late. Everyone was SO kind and patient and fit me in when they could’ve made me reschedule. They worked quickly and they were even able to keep my state inspection decal & car wash membership decal on the windshield & i was anticipating having to replace both. I am SO grateful to the staff and especially Debbie for her kind understanding nature ! The website is incredibly easy to use. Streamlined to max efficiency! Took me less than 5 minutes to input my information, get my deductible amount (mine was zero!), and set up my appointment with a choice to go to their shop or have a technician come to my house. I chose to have them come to me. They even submit your claim to your auto insurance for you! You do not get inundated with texts and emails. Just the info you need when you need it. The technicians were great! Very professional, friendly, funny and they know what they're doing. I especially like that they vacuum the glass out! Very happy with everything that Safelite offers and what I received!
