Josh is AMAZING! I had an appointment for a windshield replacement at the St Albans Vermont location. I live a ways away & got behind a really slow tractor that put me a solid 10 minutes behind. Josh was very polite & still took my appointment even though he had a packed schedule. He let me know he would have to split the service time on my car to accommodate another customer's appointment. I waited in the waiting room and witnessed unforseen issues come about with the other customer's vehicle. His time pressure was now compounded and he was needing to deal with finding & ordering parts online & making phone calls for furthering appointments for the other customer. Josh maintained a cool composure through it all & did not have even a tiny hint of a bad attitude. He was calm, polite, professional, & communicated thoroughly. I offered to buy him lunch, but sadly, he respectfully & kindly said he wouldn't have time for lunch. I had a great treatment Applied at this type of windshield installation About a year ago. I am grateful that my money was refunded, The rain treatment Has left my windshield In a constant State of blur, It is incredibly difficult to see while driving, And the treatment does not do what it was intended. The Customer service was very good In person, But safe flight makes it impossible for you to get in touch with someone over the phone, It has you Going in circles, And will disconnect If you do not put in the right information. Sally needs to stop offering Since windshield treatment And pick up their phone.

Horrible experience trying to get a HUMAN on the phone, if not impossible! They repaired a chip for too much money and now a month later my windshield is cracked! I'm trying to reach them to ask warranty questions but can't reach a live person as the automated system hangs up each time! I'm going elsewhere! Call me please Safelite! I have used this location in the past and they were great. However, they did not list a local phone number anymore. When you call their national number you get some awful computer bot. Not only did it refuse to connect me with a real person, it said goodbye and hung up on me. Never again will I give this greedy corporation my business, who won't even hire a real human to answer the phone. Novus got my business. I am just going to say this, Josh is very polite, gives you all the details about your repair, and seems to be very efficient. The appointment was double booked by Safelite, but he said he could do both. I only had a chip in the windshield and I had to look pretty hard to find it when he had finished filling it. Done in like 20-25 minutes! The car was vacuumed and the windows were all clean. I hope Safelite gives this guy a raise, he is a great employee!

They make it so simple. I had them come to my house and Josh was my technician. He called to let me know when he'd be coming and all I had to do was unlock my car and he got to work. He was so quick and efficient and he even cleaned all of my windows for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a quality job well done with excellent customer service.

Scheduling was very messy; because of weather and miscommunications with the installer when we finally had the appt, service couldn't be completed which was inconvenient because I had to rearrange my work schedule. We ended up having to go to the location instead of the preferred mobile option. Sam was efficient and completed the service as promised.

Really great work on replacing my windshield. So easy to drop off my ride before work and pick it up after. I really appreciate the little things like replacing the inspection sticker and even the velcro tabs for my EZ Pass. Thanks for the great work and service.

I have used this Safelite for many years. Sean is very professional, prompt, answered all my questions. He seems enthusiastic about his work, has a smile on his face, my work was done quickly, and I was back on the road in no time. Sean does great work.
