Precision Auto Glass - Ogden

It’s never great to have to pay out of pocket for a windshield repair. Even worse is to be over charged or treated poorly. This is not the case with Precision Auto Glass. The people were awesome. Jordynn has great customer service. She made it easy to set up an appointment and reached out several days after my appointment to see how everything went. The cost was $100 less than that big name company that advertises all the time. The windshield is great quality, installation was done quickly with no issues. If you’re looking for great customer service, a quality windshield and at the best price (well duh of course you are). Then Precision is the best choice.

I came here after it was recommended by insurance. My car got hit by a rock sooo hard on the freeway that it chipped AND cracked my windshield. I was expecting just another meh Auto shop but I was surprised with how well run they seem. Hailey provided fantastic customer service over the phone and was helpful in discussing windshield replacement options with me. As for repair, it was done way faster than I was expecting. They immediately got to work on my car at my alloted appointment time and got it turned around in an hour. Great place and definitely the way to go if you need some glass replaced.

We were on a road trip from NC and we saw that our windshield cracked. We were approximately 50 miles from Ogden, UT. After checking online for a reputable repair shop, we chose Precision Auto Glass in Ogden. The representative that answered, Jordyn, took all our information and answered all questions. We were so impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. She arranged an appointment for us the next morning. In less than 24 hours, we were back on the road with a brand new windshield installed. Much thanks for your skills and kindness.

Persicion glass was awesome (especially Hailey and chalissa). Originally went in for rock chip repair, and then ended up needing a replacment a few months later (at no fault of theirs). They helped me make a claim through my insurance, without all the hassle, had appointments availablethat worked with my schedule, helped me get the best price, and were so awesome to work with. Both times I got in quickly and got my service done faster then at other places I've been. I would highly recommend them if your needing glass repair of any kind.

The glass install was professional, only took 30 minutes they cleaned the dash after they were done. The day we set the appointment Jordyn took a look at our rock chips and was adamant that we had one of the chips filled before which we had not. She would not believe us and kept insisting that we had, we considered going back to safelight as she seemed a bit rude but the installer came out and took a look and was nice and professional, he recommend a new windsheild over fixing the chips so we booked the appointment.

Will come here again with any glass needs! Someone broke out my sunroof, and that is a repair I’ve never dealt with before, grateful that I found these guys. We got a quick quote, and it was the best priced quote I got from anyone. The communication was great, and the work was done quickly and well. They were transparent with the timeline, the pricing, and helped me think through my different options in real time. I felt very comfortable when we decided to move forward, and I would send my family here.

My wife and I came in for a rock chop and it was done so quick I didn't even finish making my free coffee they offer.. I was impressed. The front desk ladies are extremely polite nice and helpful and the job looked so good I really had to look to see where the chip was it was like a new glass was put in it place . I'd recommend them for sure and enjoy the coffee if you get a chance..please get some regular sugar though as sweetnlow sucks TYVM

Best experience. I love how they tell you the price up front and let you know as long as you have full coverage insurance it will cover the cost. They were so fast and their lobby is clean and they have crafts and things for kids to do while you wait. Best experience. I called a competitor and it was triple the cost and I had to go through a lengthy quote process and they didn’t even offer to send the rock chip repair to my insurance.

We had our windshield replaced recently by Precision Auto Glass! I’d give 10 stars if I could! The technician showed up right at the start of his arrival window and even text when he was 20 minutes away. He came to our house and did the replacement too! We had purchased the vehicle with a cracked windshield so our insurance didn’t apply but they gave a great cash prize! So simple, quick and easy! Thanks again!

I did shop around before coming here and did not regret getting my windshield fixed here. They were friendly and approachable unlike the other companies. They fixed 2 rockchips on my windshield really quickly and the price was pretty good. I recommend these guys if you need windshield repairs. Already scheduled an appointment to get the windshield on my other car replaced next week. Let's see how it goes.
