07/25/19 Update - Windshield Replacement - We continue to be impressed with the service that Valley Glass provides from start to finish. I recently had a rock crack my windshield on the freeway. I called and spoke to Courtney to schedule a replacement. Courtney is truly the epitome of customer service. She quickly helped me file an insurance claim and scheduled a time for the replacement. When I arrived I was kindly greeted and quickly checked in by Shay. In the time that it took me to stop for a quick lunch, Shane had professionally replaced my windshield within the estimated time. Mike you have a wonderful team working with you! Valley Glass is amazing! We had them replace all of our windows a few years ago. They did an excellent job and we love the tinted glass that they recommended! We recently had a window crack and Valley Glass quickly and professionally replaced it! The window matches our other windows perfectly. Working with Mike is always a great experience! Thanks again!

I called early at opening and was able to get a same day appointment by mid afternoon. They called my insurance company claims office and I was able to provide all of the claim information without any hassle. Valley Glass had me done in 1hr after arriving for my appointment with a new windshield. I have use Valley Glass for many years and I’m a repeat customer. They have always been great to work with. Free customer WiFi, waiting room with snacks. Very pleasant service representatives.

Valley Glass was absolutely awesome from the start to finish. I didn't have to do anything except answer a text when was a good time for installation and sign,my name once installation was complete. They handled everything with my insurance. They were very professional and pleasant from,start to finish. The customer service was above and beyond, something we don't get much of in this day and age. I would highly highly recommend them.

My windshield cracked in 2 places, very long cracks, while I was away. I returned home yesterday afternoon around 4:40pm and I knew they were open until 5. My car was evaluated and insurance contacted and approved on Monday. They were able to get me in to replace the windshield the next day! Their customer service is top notch and they are a very friendly group! I highly recommend them!

I didn't have a great experience I went here to get a rock cheap fix witch they fix it. They told me they cleaned my windsheld but I don't know if they did or not cause it still was dirty it looked and drove away and 10 minutes later I had to drive back and ask them about rock chip on my windshield , that made a long crake through my windowsheld. I don't know if they saw it or not.

Valley glass had the best prices of all the places that I called. They were very responsive, communicated well throughout the process and met all the timelines that they gave me. I would highly recommend them, and will continue to use their service in the future. My service representative was very professional and did a great job of keeping me informed and in the loop!

I had a great experience with Valley Glass- Ogden Auto Glass, with replacing our Suburban windshield. Their communication was outstanding. They were quick to respond, clearly explained the process and costs, and kept me updated every step of the way. The repair itself was done efficiently and professionally, and my window looks as good as new. Highly recommend!

When I arrived for a rock chip repair, with no appointment, they were very courteous and told me there were a few ahead of me. They offered their waiting area, that was stocked with refreshments, and said it would be 30-45 minutes. They did not over promise, which I always appreciate at any business, and had me out the door in 25 minutes! FANTASTIC!!

I am so happy with the workmanship and professionalism of the group! Sonny came a couple of times to measure and be sure they had what I wanted. Kent and Matt did the install and were very congenial and good craftsmen. I highly recommend Valley Glass as an excellent source of custom glass needs. Start to finish they were great to work with!.

Excellent service. I can't say enough, valley glass was amazing at fitting me in. Celandrea was awesome, she kept me posted every step of the way and was very understanding when the body shop didn't deliver my car to them for an appointment last minute. Would 110 % recommend Valley Glass to anyone who needs a windshield or residential glass.
