Horrible and Dishonest! We had Brady replace two windshields. He told us our Focus ST was very difficult and it resulted in him ruining the plastic A frame panel inside. He also gouged the exterior paint. We were happy to work with him until he told us he found a shop that would patch the paint spot for $100 and all others were $1000 to do the job right with clear coat to the seams. Our Expedition had several parts broken that don't snap back into place properly and the rubber seams have big gaps. The cars weren't cleaned well and I have a glass shard in my finger since he broke both of the windshields and left debris all over the seats. He hasn't replaced the broken parts and isn't fixing the paint, but has demanded payment. I've offered to pay for our Expedition as soon as he fixes the rubber molding. I also told him that I'd pay for the Focus and would like his insurance information so we can have the repairs done. Brady messaged me "you have yet to pay, even though I have signed invoices you agreed to do so. At this point I am not going to charge you for the windshields and rather than taking you to small claims court you can use the money you owe me to do what ever it is you think you need done. Have a good day" He's crazy! my repairs will cost $1500 and I've offered to pay him and simply asked for insurance to take care of the $1500 damage and parts for my cars. I'm assuming he doesn't have insurance and is being dishonest so he doesn't have to pay. Stay away!

I went here to get two rock chips replaced. When they were done with the service they came and grabbed me and told me they scratched my windshield as they were repairing my rock chips and there’s no way to fix this. My only option would be getting a new windshield. They said they would not repair my windshield and with all the costs it would be around $1,000 to replace. They scratched a $1,000 windshield and refused to replace it, even admitting fault, but still refusing to replace it. They waived the price of the rock chips and gave us a rock chip plan. I was so stunned I wish I would have fought more for myself to have them make it right. The rock chip plan is useless because I will never ever trust them to fix a rock chip repair given what happened. I do not like how they treated me and I will never be returning here and will recommend this a place to NOT to go. They try justifying the deal that they’re giving us on the chips and the plan, telling us it’s a $300 value for a $1,000 damaged windshield. Brady was extremely rude to me through this process and very unprofessional.

Not my idea of a perfect morning spent at an auto glass shop. However, I had a very pleasant morning while my windshield was getting replaced. My appointment was at 11 am and they took my car right in. The shop has a separate area for customers. There is an ambient electric fireplace heater, comfortable chairs, soothing colors, toys for kids, free wifi, and a nice flat screen on the wall that had all the good subscription channels. I watched an episode on Netflix in complete comfort then took a stroll around the corner to Lehi Bakery for a donut. I stepped out and that’s when 2nd Chance called to say my car was finished. It took one hour. I was kind of looking forward to another episode on Netflix with my donut and Diet Coke. Seriously. I love the color scheme and ambiance of the customer waiting area. It was kind of a time out for me. But in a good way. Price was good. Service was great. It’s locally owned. I got what I went for but I definitely noticed the personal touches.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

They did a great job with my Sienna back window a few weeks ago. I sent a message on the website asking for a quote because my back window was smashed out. He replied quickly with the quote and even offered to expedite getting me in because he knew it was going to be rainy -- which I didn't need because it's in a garage. I feel like the pricing was fair and the work was well done. While I was there, they even offered to fix a couple of rock chips for lower than the normal price for fixing one because I was already there and getting other work done. It was a good price to do it so I was happy to let them fix it. I even asked him a few related and unrelated questions after the work was done and he gave me good useful info. The window installation is great. No problems. Would definitely go there again if/when I need to in the future.ServicesWiper blade installation, Auto rear window replacement, Service not listed

Brady was great and clearly knows what he's doing! He responded to my quote-request email right away and when I didn't know which sensors I had was able to use my VIN to look it up for me. The price was better than a few other places I called and the wait time was shorter as well. He came to my house in Lehi and beginning to end took about two hours. He didn't leave any mess behind in my garage and I didn't need to be home at all. I'm very particular, and after he left I eagle-eyed every square inch of the new windshield. It honestly looks perfect. It's been about a week or so and everything is great. Couldn't be happier! I wish I'd taken a picture but just picture in your mind a shiny, clear, perfect windshield on a blue Mazda 3.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield replacement

Brady was awesome, he is a great communicator and let me know with several updates about his schedule. The windshield replacement was quite tricky and ended up taking over 3 hours but Brady was awesome and did a great job. He also let us know that he can repair up to 14 inch rock chip cracks, which is great to know for next time because this one started out as a chip that quickly spread to 5 inches and I was told by someone else that it was not possible to repair a rock chip that size. Anyway, totally recommend 2nd Chance Auto Glass, Brady was great and will take care of you. He was also cheaper than the 5 other big name companies that I called.PositiveQuality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield replacement

Extremely happy with the service and timeliness of 2nd Chance Auto Glass. They replaced a shattered passenger window on the drivers side on our Sequoia. (Damaged by a vandal in Colorado at a Rockies game). We were working with a national branded competitor in American Fork but they couldn’t source a replacement for weeks. We became frustrated and contacted 2nd Chance Auto Glass on their website on a Sunday. They had an email waiting for me on Monday am. Had the glass sourced and it was installed Tuesday. Fantastic service and the price was extremely fair! Of course I hope I don’t have to call them anytime soon but I know who I will be using for my glass replacement!!

After 2 weeks of waiting for safelight to get the glass I needed ordered I had lost my patience. We found 2nd chance and they said they could do it the next day and they had the correct Glass in stock. I was skeptical because safelight is huge in the glass industry so I thought "how does this place have it". I dropped it off at 630 am and by 11 they had called and said it was done. They even fixed my rock chips unlike safelight. Sorry safelight, 2nd chance has my business and I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you 2nd chance auto glass for knocking it out of park!

The POP sound is never a good thing when it comes from your windshield. 2 days later there is a 14 inch crack. Brady saved the day. Not only did he come to me, he took care of it in less than 30 minutes, very reasonably priced (I didn't even question his price). Brady knows his stuff and is honest and full of integrity. I have no doubt that he was willing to tell me if my windshield could NOT be fixed. Glad that it was fixable and he made it happen. I HIGHLY recommend Brady to fix or replace your glass.

From the first call he was willing to work with me and my odd predicament. I didn't have enough money to pay for the job that my car needed. I asked a simple question that I had only received a no for from every other business "would you be able to just sell me the parts?". I told him my situation, and he agreed to help me out. Down to the very moment I was installing the window he was willing to give me advice. He's a good man, running a fantastic business. I would definitely recommend going to him.
