Elevated Auto Glass

I recently had my windshield replaced by Julio at Elevated Auto Glass, and I couldn't be happier! Julio was professional and detail-oriented. Despite unexpected rain, he was willing to wait it out to ensure the job was done right. The new windshield looks perfect, and the installation was flawless. Scheduling was easy, and the job was completed quickly. I highly recommend Julio and Elevated Auto Glass for any auto glass repair, replacement or tints . Excellent service and quality!

Julio was the best. I was calling around to get quotes today and my search ended when I got in touch with him. He was able to give me an exact estimate and let me know my options for windshields. Then he was able to go pick up the windshield today and came to my house to install it on the car (while also giving information about other questions we had on our car). It was quick and thorough service and I will definitely go to him again with windshield problems in the future.

Second to none. I've needed rock chip repairs, windshield replacements, and tinting done for different vehicles I've owned over the years and none of the services/experiences compare to what Julio is doing at Elevated Auto Glass. He came to me to get a job done, was super thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, not to mention fully stocked/prepared with his mobile shop, and overall just a really good guy. Highly recommend and looking forward to connecting again when I need it!

Dude was super polite, nice and biggest thing he was on top of everything! I love to see people who are running their own start up businesses! I previously called safelite to do my window, they had me on hold for about 20 minutes while trying to speak to their awful phone AI which was hell in of itself. After I finally had it and requested to speak to a person to get a quote, they first required a bunch of my personal information before even giving me a quote. After getting a quote from them, I then called Julio, he picked up immediately and got me a quote in less than a minute, scheduled me the very next day, was super responsive and even drove to my house without charging anything extra. I was a little worried because of how smooth everything went tbh haha, so when he finished the replacement I went outside and checked to see that he did an immaculate job, he even moved my car service stickers for me too 😂😂 super impressed by him and once again I love supporting local businesses, especially when the owners are as hard working and respectful as Julio! So I was on the freeway at about 6:00 a.m. in the morning something came off of a semi truck and completely blew out my passenger side sliding door window scared me half to death I called around and most the companies out there just had an automated service that you could go on the website for but I was in the middle of work so I just wanted to talk to somebody and have them come fix it and that's exactly what happened they came to the parking lot where I work fixed the window even waited around for me to finish up my work so I can come back and pay him excellent job recommend these guys to anybody it was nice to not have to cardboard up my window with duct tape and drive home which is what my option was I'm very grateful they even vacuumed out all the glass on the inside of my car thanks guys I'll be using you to replace some of my other windshields on cars that I need to get done right now they trusted me when put the window in and I hadn't even paid for yet back in the day service like that happened all the time but nowadays most guys don't trust you nice to have a working relationship

We were on a family trip from Idaho when our windshield cracked (note to self: don’t spray cold water on a hot windshield). Julio and his wife at Elevated Auto Glass were absolutely incredible. They stayed in close communication and even met us at a local park in Lehi the next day to get the job done. Julio noticed right away that our previous windshield had been installed incorrectly, and instead of just slapping a new one on, he took the extra time to scrape off all the old sealant to make sure it was done right. The new windshield looks perfect. But what really blew me away was what happened after—when my brother’s parking brake got stuck on his back tire, Julio didn’t just pack up and leave. He stuck around and even had the right impact drill to help us pop the tire off and get things sorted quickly. Incredible service, unbelievable kindness, and a guy with real integrity. If you're anywhere near Lehi and need auto glass help, Elevated Auto Glass is who you want. No question.

Great guy, Great work, Great price. Julio did a fantastic job replacing my windshield. He went above and beyond to do a top tier job, and he was personable, kind, and honest. I can't get over how nice my windshield is now! I had a crack and a couple chips and my rearview mirror had snapped off, and when Julio was done, it looked better than when I got the car. The job was done in a couple hours and he made sure to let me know from beginning to end what he saw and what he did. His price was competitive with other shops I called around and talked to, and he was even willing to drive out to me! I've been recommending him any time someone brings up their windshield repair needs. Which has happened more than you'd think, or maybe I've just been looking for opportunities. I can't thank him enough for the quality work.

Everyone hates having to deal with rock chips and cracked windshields, but honestly, if you have to deal with it, THIS is the place to go! Julio (the owner) took care of me after dealing with multiple rock chips from a gravel truck going over a bump on the freeway. Julio got all of them fixed; I can barely even tell I have the rock chips after the repair. He was honest, professional, and hard working. He even took extra time to clean my windshield inside and out. I was impressed with the service, his pricing, and the quality of the work! I am DEFINITELY going to be a returning customer! Highly recommend!

Got a rock chip driving on I-15, dude picked up my call on the 2nd ring and had the rock chip repaired within 1.5 hours of calling. Found out they did tinting and got my windows done 2 days later. These guys are hustlers and work hard. I’ll be getting my wrap done from them as well. Thank you gentlemen! 1/20/24 EDIT: Exactly a month later the road rats got me again with another rock chip on my way home… same thing, I reached out after 5pm and rock chip was fixed by 8pm. Only thing I can say is I wish they had a “buy 10 get one free” punch card at this rate.

I have had some amazing experiences with Elevated Auto Glass and the owner, Julio. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Julio was not only friendly and professional but also incredibly efficient. He has removed and installed tint, replaced my windshield, and repaired a rock chip flawlessly. (He is doing the clear bra on my new car next!) The quality of work was outstanding, and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend Elevated Auto Glass and Julio for all your auto glass needs!
