With the reviews I saw prior to taking my 2005 buick lesabre here for a windshield replacement, I thought I would be adding another 5 star. However, I must be the unlucky minority because my experience was not good and still is not good. Dropped off the car the day before to get install done. Precision called the next day to say it was ready. Ran over around noon to grab it. Made it about half a mile after leaving and realized there is a lot of wind noise being heard. Only went about 40mph, too. Took it back they worked on it again. Picked it up later that day. I now have an intermittent high-pitched noise that hits between 60 and 80 mph and sometimes is 5 seconds sometimes is 1 minute off and on during my driving. Took it back again, and they said the windshield is sealed and they tested it for leaks, maybe it is trim noise, and basically good luck to me and i left. Was never noisy prior to the new windshield. I've done everything from no wipers to new wipers to removing the lower cover at base of windshield it all goes back to has to be the windshield install somehow. Called them again, and they said well it will be 90 dollars to look at. Pretty disappointed that they are not willing to resolve a problem for their customer. Had many windshields replaced this was the worst and only bad experience I have ever had. After my kid finally said I can't drive it anymore, that noise is too much. I spent a lot of time with compressed air and everything I could think of, and finally i found a similar noise when hitting the window trim withcompressedair on the outside. The windshield trim they used was the cause of the air noise. I removed the really skinny part of the trim and noise is now gone. I need to get a new windshield for my 2018 toyota highlander, but im going to give that 600 plus job to a different company. Hopefully if anyone else has this noise they can fix it for them.

Maybe your experience here will be better than mine. Sadly, I came here with such high expectations. It’s my first time getting a windshield replaced. I came here because of these good reviews and 4.9 stars. They do have a nice waiting area. They are able to get you schedule fast. Nothing else was wrong with my vehicle other than the windshield needed to be replaced. This is a vehicle I drive all the time with my son. First visit - 8:15-9:15 they didn’t finish till 9:45 my fault for not checking and making sure everything was good. (Reason for my second visit). Second visit - Came back due to some concerns about the “rubber” (not a seal from what I was told) around the windshield that was not installed properly. The guy tried to pushed it back in with the pokers but it didn’t work. He said it should be fine because it’s “just cosmetics.” But I was still having concerns with it. He offered to redo the installing to fix it the rubber popping out. Which means they have to take the windshield out and fix it and I said Yes. I got my appointment schedule the next day. After that interaction with the guy it made me feel such an inconvenience. Third visit - appointment was schedule 2:45-430 Got my vehicle back in 3:45. Noticed a dot scratched on the windshield and was told that it is a “surface scratched” and there’s nothing they can do about it.(that wasn’t there before this second visit) My car is not perfect but I know there was no paint scratched above the left windshield before it was replaced. Also, the inside on my driver side door had some paint scratched and the “seal” for my door. I haven’t taking it to the carwash yet. I just hope there will be anymore problems. Is that normally what happens after the windshield replacement or is because I was such an inconvenience for them to re-install the windshield to fix that “cosmetics rubber”.

Update: I originally provided a one star review based on the issues below. However, after my review, the owner of Precision Glass called us personnally to discuss our experience and ensure he understood the issues. He worked with us to come to a resolution that was 100% satisfactory. It means a lot that he would take the time to ensure his customers are taken care of. He stands behind his business, quality and customer service and experience. Based on this, I updated my review to 5 stars. Prior review: Stay FAR FAR away from this place!!! I would give them NEGATIVE 5 stars if possible. They replaced our windshield a few weeks ago, and the person that installed it scratched up our vehicle around the seal when taking out the old windshield. After only a few weeks with a new windshield, we had a small rock chip so we took it in to get filled. The person didn’t know what they were doing and drilled it too far and cracked the window. They tried to hide it and did NOT say anything to my husband. He saw it when he got into the truck to leave then they admitted to it. It’s a brand new windshield and now we have to pay for another one because of their screw up!!!! We will be out thousands now because of this. We’ve had numerous chips repaired from other companies and never had issues. We’ve had new windshields installed from other companies that didn’t scratch the vehicle. However Precision Auto Glass managed to do both in a matter of weeks. Now we have permanent damage around the seal of the windshield and are out more money to buy a new windshield. Maybe they should take some accountability in their screw up but they won’t!!!! STAY FAR AWAY. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!

I was in search of 2 new windshields for my cars. So much anymore I get several bids for any type of bigger purchase. Several of the places I called we expensive, and worse were cut and dry. The would give me a price and then a thank you and have a good day. At first I was shocked at the price for my car (between 700 and 800 dollars!!!!. When I called Precision ( and each time I have talked with them since) the phone was answered by someone who sounded nice, friendly....non robotic, which was nice. She looked up my cars and gave me my price but then immediately explained why my car was so much.....because of senors that are in it. News to me. Without skipping a beat she jump right into seeing what I might be covered for with insurance. She called my insurance and did her thing and it brought the price down by half. In addition because I was lucky enough to have 2 windshields broken I would get an additional discount for each window. Sold. Her personality, her willingness to help and doing what I felt was going above and beyond made me a customer for life.......but secretly hoping my windshield never breaks again. When I was ready it was easy enough to make an appointment and got it done. Great job. The next time my windshield breaks it all them. I definitely recommend Precision Auto Glass.

I had my front Jeep windshield replaced on Friday May 10th. I washed my Jeep right before I took it to them. They scratched my driver side mirror. You can clearly see where they stood on the running boards by the mirrors. I’m pretty sure it was someone’s belt buckle. I’ve been coming to them for years and was super happy with them. I haven’t contacted them but i highly doubt they would do anything about it. I’m sure it would be the standard it wasn’t us routine. I think they have expanded too fast and lost sight of quality control. I’d think twice before going to them. I’d happily change my review if they step up but no one really does that anymore. Yep like I thought! They didn’t even bother to reply to the negative review. I was really surprised today! The owner reached out to me and has offered to replace the damaged mirror. I offered to do the replacement if he would order and pay for the mirror. He has already ordered the mirror from the Jeep dealership. I stand corrected! This company did indeed step up to the plate and make it right. I have changed this review to 5 star and will continue to use them in the future. I will post updated pictures once the mirror is replaced. I replaced the mirror this weekend. I verified it was indeed an OEM jeep mirror

For starters, I loved seeing familiar faces from a previous workplace so it brightened my mood and things went very smoothly from there. The phone representative was very clear with everything and made the process easy to talk about what my warranty covered and what would need to be done and the girls took care of the rest. My windshield is brand new and looks perfect so I'm happy considering the continously spreading crack going across different parts of my windshield. Highly recommend going here for a great job without a headache. They were even kind enough to put my Uber/Lyft stickers onto the new windshield. The picture of the crack was what it looked like before this morning, with the morning frost the crack had spread towards the middle.

I don't normally write reviews but I was very satisfied with Precision's service. I needed to replace both my windshield and the rear window in my truck. I got bids from 3 different places. Precision was less expensive than one place and more expensive than the other but of the 3, they were the only ones to offer OEM products so I went with them. Olivia was amazing and kept me updated as to what was going on. I was very happy with the service! (a month later, I got a rock chip in my new windshield and when I called Olivia to see who they recommend for rock chip repair, she informed that the repair was under warranty. Only took about 20 minutes and I was back on the road.) I highly recommend Olivia and Precision Auto Glass!

Percision Auto Glass and their team have been wonderful to work with. We had three windshields that needed to be replaced. They came to my home and did it here in a timely manner. One of those three cars unexpectedly ended up in the shop before we could get the windshield replaced. I prepaid for that windshield so Maycen contacted a couple times a week checking to see if our car was back from the shop. We felt cared about and taken care of. Maycen made sure that final windshield got taken care of even though it took several weeks for us to get our car back. I appreciated the customer service and timely manner everything was taken care of in.

We've been coming to Precision Auto Glass for a couple of years now. Since moving to Utah, our poor windshields are magnets for rocks and we've had to replace two windshields since moving here. Precision Auto Glass has made each visit easy and stress-free. They're easy to communicate with, they don't push unneeded extras, and they turn you around quickly. Adree was super fantastic helping me get my insurance claim in and the whole process was super simple. I always recommend Precision Auto Glass to my friends/colleagues, and if you're looking for high quality service and product, Precision is your place!

Had a rock chip in my windshield and looked on line to see where I could quickly take my new vehicle to get it repaired. Precision auto glass popped up close to my location and had great reviews. I called to make sure I would be able to get in and found out it's walk in with no scheduled appointments needed which was perfect for me. Maycen took care of me and was very polite and explained the process well. I was in and out in no time and back on the road. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Maycen at Percision auto glass!!
