Very honest. I set up an appointment for them to come to the house to fill some chips in the front windshield of my son‘s truck (they were the only company I called that said they would fill multiple chips for the same price). When they inspected the windshield they said the chips either already had been filled or they were the kind that couldn’t be filled. They didn’t do any work and yet they didn’t charge anything for the consultation or a service fee for coming out. Very prompt. Very nice. Very knowledgeable. Will definitely use them next time I need help with auto glass!

Corey was amazing, I highly recommend him and his team… Safelite said they couldn’t replace my windshield because of rust, even though they completely removed all the glue and trim. I reached out to Corey after hours via email and asked him is professional opinion, he said it didn’t look too bad and that it should be easily repaired and he would clean up the surface rust and primer it. I asked if I could bring it to his shop to have him look at in person and Corey carefully examined it and said he could replace my windshield that afternoon, he showed me everything as they were doing it so I could see how bad the so called rust was. He also pointed out that Safelite had cut my gps cable that was ran along the bottom of the windshield because the tech didn’t move it before running the razor under it. Needless to say Corey was extremely professional knew what he was talking about and did a great job on my truck!

The tech who they sent to replace my windshield basically refused to pull the cowl and wipers on my vehicle, which is a standard best practice in the windshield replacement industry. I used to do glass but don’t anymore, but know enough to know that’s the standard. Bad sign. The reason for this is because on newer vehicles the passenger air bag bounces off the bottom of the windshield before heading back into the main cabin of the vehicle. If you don’t have proper adhesion at the bottom, the glass can be ejected, which is actually an important support structure of your vehicle in a rollover, which is now blasting far away. Edit: got a call from the shop harassing me for my review. Terrible customer service. Would give less stars if I could. I filed a complaint with the Auto Glass Safety Council.

South Valley auto glass is top shelf After calling several other glass companies before contacting South Valley auto glass, I was told for mobile service that they would not do any specific time that there was a five hour window to get glass replacement and the car had to be there within that window After contacting South Valley auto glass they told me it would not be a problem at all to show up when my daughter got home from school and do the glass then They were actually at the home as she pulled up from school just before 4 PM They got the windshield replaced promptly and professionally I will be using this glass company from now on in the future and I would suggest you do the same because they are absolutely great to work with

My windshield got hit by a rock and the crack spread so fast that the entire windshield needed to be replaced. I went to Safelite Auto Glass and they wanted to charge me $900 for the windshield. I thought that sounded ridiculous and I wanted to see if a local place could do it for a better price. I was not disappointed! South Vally Auto Glass came out to my apartment and replaced the whole windshield for $350. That is a very large difference from what the other place was charging! I felt very grateful that they were able to give me such a great price. This is my first time ever getting my windshield replaced and I will recommend this place to everyone! I have been using south valley for years on multiple vehicles, including my sxs’s! They have always been amazing, very accommodating, get me right in or come to my home and do the repair. Their work is top notch, staff and owners are amazingly friendly and I’ve used insurance and cash both over the years, either way they make the process a breeze. They are fair on pricing but I’d pay extra for them just because of the service and quality. Super honest, efficient, and reliable: great people, great service. I highly recommend these guys. They saved our long trip. We were on a 4-day journey from Los Angeles to Indianapolis. A HUGE duck crashed into our windshield and broke it while we were driving. We tried to find someone to get it fixed anywhere in or around Salt Lake City and nobody had the time or the glass. Great local company! Fair pricing, very helpful and friendly. Overall, great service. I highly recommend! I purchased a windshield a few months ago. They came to my house and installed it right in my garage. The tech was on time, professional yet friendly and did a fantastic job. Fast forward to today. I got a deep rock chip. I called when I got home, at 4 pm. They happily scheduled a repair within that hour before closing. Just had my back window replaced got in contact with Corey Marsolek, he helped me out so much free mobile service, was able to come and work on my vehicle in my garage while I was at work and they cleaned up all the glass in my car and the back window was perfect! Boy did these guys DELIVER! I called a few places around the Salt Lake Valley for a complete windshield replacement. Corey was quick and courteous on the phone & gave a me a quote. He was the cheapest option AND they come to you? Ok- cool! They showed up in their allotted time slot and were done in 20-30 mins! And it looks perfect! Could not have been happier.
