Quoted me a good price, we’re able to drive out to my job site & without myself being there they were able to fully serve my window instillation needs and kept me informed with the process but how ever fail to let me know the damages that were done to my vehicle and left it as that without any communication towards me about it, manager RENE has blocked my contact info so he wouldn’t have to deal with my phone calls and but was able to get in touch with one of the technicians explained the issue was gonna go about it with disputing it and investigate, but hasn’t gotten back to me with any new info. I would really keep an eye and be on top of these guys on the work they are doing to your personal vehicle. I called several other auto glass places prior to finding Castle. They were all difficult to communicate and schedule with - most could not schedule the repair for 4-5 days and gave me an 8 hour time window. Castle was incredibly easy to work with, was able to get me scheduled for the following day, gave a 1 hour time window, and had competitive pricing. Their staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond (they even cleaned up the mess of glass in my car). Highly recommend!

I got a quote from the well known, large company. It was really high so I looked for other options. Castle was near my house and had good reviews. I sent in for a quote and they got back to me quickly and their quote was HALF what the larger company was asking. They did the job the same day and everything is perfect. My 2023 F 250 got a cracked windshield at 10,000 miles....ugg. I only wanted OEM glass as some of the aftermarket windshields don't always fit as well. Castle Auto Glass gave me a very competitive bid. I took my truck to their shop to ensure a good calibration on the mirror cameras after the install. I got to the shop at 9:15 and was on the road by 10:15. These guys are extremely professional and I would highly recommend.
