I called several other auto glass places prior to finding Castle. They were all difficult to communicate and schedule with - most could not schedule the repair for 4-5 days and gave me an 8 hour time window. Castle was incredibly easy to work with, was able to get me scheduled for the following day, gave a 1 hour time window, and had competitive pricing. Their staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond (they even cleaned up the mess of glass in my car). Highly recommend!

I had an unfortunate attack on my windshield yesterday (2/12) on my way into work and was frantically looking for someone to repair it. Not wanting to give in to overpriced places for a chip, I found TNT Auto Glass. I contacted them last night and they got back to me first thing this morning (2/13). The owner, John, did my repair today and did a wonderful job. He even discovered another crack that had appeared fresh (most likely occurred at the same time) and repaired that one as well for the original price quoted to me. He came to my place of work and was super quick and thorough about it. Excellent customer service, excellently priced, and didn’t take up too much time. Highly recommend their services if you are in a random bind like I was and want to save your chips from becoming bigger cracks. *I will add pictures into my review soon*

Highly recommended! I want to start off by thanking JR for his amazing customer service. I woke up to find my car broken into. I had an early Dr. Appointment and also had my mother in the ER so needles to say, I was having quite the morning. I didn't have the emotional capacity to even worry about my vehicle breakin but had too. I first called another company but they couldn't come out till 2 days and I needed the repair immediately. They also quoted an outrageous price. So I googled and found this gem auto glass repair. JR took my call, and even though he was busy, he assured me that he would get me a quote as soon as possible. I texted him my Vin and photo of my vehicle, and that alone was such an easy process. He immediately called me back with an amazing quote and time frame of his availability (same day). I advised him that I could not be present as I was at the emergency room with my ill mother, and he was still able to come out and get my vehicle repaired within the time frame he quoted. They even cleaned all the broken glass in the vehicle. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. Of this horrible day, they made it a bit better.
