Raider Red's Auto Glass

Some idiot broke my window glass looking for something to steal on my 2018 Ford F-150. I called Gabriel at Raider Red's Auto Glass and scheduled an appointment to replace the window glass. Throughout the whole process, Gabriel kept me updated on the progress, from picking up the window glass, estimated time of arrival to replace window glass to completion of the job. Before he even started the job, he gave me quote and that was the price we paid. No surprise or enexpexted charges. Gabriel was very professional, upfront and reasonsbly priced. I would very highly recommend Gabriel and Raider Red's Auto Glass.

There was some punks that broke into a bunch of vehicles at my apartment complex last night. My trucks window was broken out so I called around town to try to get it replaced. Safelite was gonna charge me a ridiculous price and take 2 days to do the job. I called Red Raider Auto Glass and spoke to Gabe. He told me he would meet me in about 35 minutes and he did. He was on time. The price he quoted me was cheaper than his competitors and he came to my apartment complex to do the job. Gabe was friendly, professional, did the job quickly and did a great job. I highly recommend Red Raider Auto Glass.

This business is ran the way businesses should be ran.. My vehicle was broken into at a Sleeping In , I am from out of town and only there 1 night, the hotel was less than helpful, but this gentleman was over the top helpful. He answered by call at 7:30 am with in a few hours already changing the window, he was an expert at working on my vehicle and clean all the broken glass, he was professional and reasonable priced. While in town from Amarillo for a conference at the Overton hotel my truck window was broken out overnight and inside was ransacked. There were two other trucks next to me who were also attending the conference also from other towns Had their windows broken. I called Raider Reds at 730am to tell him what had happened and he said yes sir I can get it today. Not only did he fix my truck but also repaired the other two and had all three jobs completed by 130pm before our conference was over. Every shard of glass was vacuumed out and the window matched perfectly. Great job! Thanks

This guy is bad news, he says that his work is guaranteed but that is absolutely incorrect. He broke the side moldings on my vehicle by removing them incorrectly and then instead of telling me her glues them back on where they wont hold. He offered the cheapest price but its true that you get what you pay for. Such a dissapointment. Do not go with Raider reds. **REPLY TO YOUR COMMENT.** i did have you confused. I apologize. If you’re looking for a great and affordable windshield replacement/repair company, I highly, highly, highly recommend Raider Red's Auto Glass. I called to request a quote at 1:30 and not only did they get me in right away, but my car was ready before 3:30. I called every glass repair shop in town and this shop was by far the most affordable option. The installation is flawless and I can’t even tell it isn’t the original glass. Can’t recommend Gabe and his team enough!

Not only did they do a great job replacing my windshield but they were gracious when I needed to reschedule the replacement, called me to let me know when they were on their way, and sent me a photo of my freshly installed glass since I couldn't be on site. My son’s windshield was hit and busted through by a golf ball while driving by a course! He was only home from working out of town for one day.
