Great business. I can't say enough good things about them. It is hard to find good service and quality customer care where a business does things "the right way" but they set that bar! Ownership and management really care about their customer's satisfaction and they strive to make the overall experience with them the best it could possibly be. Greeted when I walked in by who, after sitting at her office for over an hour I can assure you DOES EVERYTHING for that place except repair/install auto glass, and despite it having been a record tennis ball sized hail storm in the days before, (while dealing with nonstop back to back calls, walk ins/drop offs, insurance companies and emotional clients) was the absolute best, so sweet and attentive. My windshield was installed perfectly, quickly and the gentlemen from the back personally made sure that I was happy ahead of my departure. I will return for any of my auto glass needs in the future.

I called this shop and the owner was very pleasant. He was able to repair our front windshield from rock damage on the freeway. How ROCKS fly up out of nowhere is beyond me! He could replace it, or repair it THE SAME DAY! We got hit by the rock at 140O or 2PM. We chose to have it repaired for the time being because the spider damage was not to big. It only took this shop about 6 minutes and the damaged windshield looks absolutely AMAZING!! Don’t pass up the opportunity if you need a quick fix. It blew our minds how affordable and great the repair was. A very well know auto glass company gave a a VERY HIGH QUOTE! Over $150. This small shop is our GO-TO from now on! Don’t pass them up! And share the Love 💕

Some idiot broke my window glass looking for something to steal on my 2018 Ford F-150. I called Gabriel at Raider Red's Auto Glass and scheduled an appointment to replace the window glass. Throughout the whole process, Gabriel kept me updated on the progress, from picking up the window glass, estimated time of arrival to replace window glass to completion of the job. Before he even started the job, he gave me quote and that was the price we paid. No surprise or enexpexted charges. Gabriel was very professional, upfront and reasonsbly priced. Overall experience at Safelite in Lubbock is great. I had a cracked windshield from side to side from a hail storm. I got my car booked in, and only really had to wait one and a half months, which considering the amount of people needing a new windshield is great. I dropped off my car and the lady inside the office was super nice and took care of every intake process. I got text updates through the whole process. The estimated time was 60 to 90 minutes, and it was about 60 minutes. When I came and picked up, they explained everything I needed to do such as not getting a car wash within 48 hours, I paid, and I was down the road! Seamless process, helpful and nice people, fair price for replacement glass.
