I called Extreme Auto Glass to do a repair of a small chip on my windshield from a rock. Long story short, they failed the repair. A large crack in my windshield formed and is continuing to grow. I called and was told that I am "SOL". They do not stand behind their work. Frankly, I chose them because they are so highly rated, but I really don't understand why. Be wary of these guys, they do not stand behind their work. Edit, post owner reply: I wasn't given a receipt, because I wasn't charged...BECAUSE YOUR CONTRACTOR DESTROYED MY WINDSHIELD. I don't know if you are to whom I spoke, but I called the shop and they said they don't replace windshields on Teslas.

My daughter’s car was vandalized 6 days ago. After numerous appointments made with one of the big name glass companies (and them having her car for an entire day and not fixing it, but rescheduling twice) we were told it would be another 10+ days to get it taken care of. I called Extreme at 7:00pm yesterday and by 3:00 pm today they had met my daughter at her dorm, taken care of her vehicle right there in the parking lot, AND saved me around $100 from the original place. Super friendly, helpful and accommodating. I am very thankful and I highly recommend these guys!

Great Experience with BMW Back Glass Replacement! I recently had the back glass of my BMW replaced, and I’m very impressed with the service. The team was professional, efficient, and handled my car with great care. The installation was done perfectly everything was sealed properly, and the glass looks exactly like the original. They were very helpful and found the best and fastest option for my windshield replacement. They were able to get my glass faster than all other shops could. They also worked well with my insurance. Once my glass window came in, they immediately brought it over to my house and replaced it. Even when half way through the job when it started to hail outside, they worked with me to move my cars inside. They still completed their work quickly and professionally. The technicians were awesome, helpful and took care of everything.

My drivers side window suddenly stopped working and wouldn’t come back up! I gave these guys a call around 8 pm they answered and got me scheduled at 11am the next day!! They were super nice and got everything done in less than an hour! They’re a mobile business so they come to you which is super helpful! Driving my semi truck, midnight, southbound on a 2 lane highway. A northbound semi threw a bottle of Gatorade at me. It bounced off my hood and Shattered my 2 piece windshield. If the bottle had not hit the center post, this would have been a disaster. EXTREME AUTO GLASS had both pieces in stock, met me at my preferred location and had me back on the road within 90 minutes. Excellent EXTREME job. And a very reasonable price. Need glass? Call this company and you’ll be a happy camper!

I needed my front windshield replaced since it was cracked in several spots. I called late Saturday afternoon just to get a price quote & they were the only ones open. I was given a quote & said they could order it & have it by Monday to install. They were able to come to my work and install the windshield quickly. 10/10 recommend. The whole process from ordering it to installing it took only 24 hours. The people working here are very nice and professional. They communicate with you about everything. They also did domicile installation and traveled about 40 mins out for a small fee. Definitely not overpriced like other places. Other business in my town wanted to charge me 4 times as much. These guys came down and got it done. ✅ Will definitely use them again if needed.

Happy to give a glowing review. These guys helped make the best out of a bad situation. Had a busted window on a Friday night late. We called them Saturday and they answered our call early. Had us going before lunch that same day. So professional and fast! Took less than 30 minutes. They were helping so many people , and especially to work a weekend we couldn’t be more thankful.
