Had a crack in the original windshield in which had lasted me a year before cracking. Replaced it w clear vu and even spent the extra money to get the one with the ford emblem which made this windshield a 400+ dollar windshield. I chose clear vu based on the website clearly saying lifetime warranty directly under the company name. However after a month of having this high dollar windshield one morning I started driving and heard a creaking noise that turned out to be the windshield. I pulled over and inspected it and it was coming from the very edge of the glass even outside the black area. By the time I got it to them it was an 18 inch crack later that day. I had the same experience as every other customer that needed a return or secondary service. Same experience with Bill as well. He went on and on about irrelevant stuff trying to cloud the water and say it was a rock chip. Negative. Ok so even if it's a rock chip you offer lifetime warranty correct? Well...lifetime warranty doesn't really mean lifetime warranty and blah blah blah. A few days later after waiting to cool off and talk to the owner who wasn't there the first time again wasn't there the next time and the website now has a disclosure about what a lifetime warranty really is if you look here then here and then here. One of the receptionists was nice-ish I guess. Maybe you all can interpret what this website means by lifetime warranty better than I can by the pics below. Anyhow still have a huge crack in the windshield and the best they could do is try to stop the cracking and continue to try and say it's a rock chip. Sad though because i work for a large company that has a fleet of trucks and the foreman says if they don't stand behind it then we will no longer be able to use them.

I needed a side mirror replaced and called them and they said it had to be ordered. I told them I was leaving town early Wednesday morning and needed it before then. They said no problem as it would be in and could be installed on Tuesday. Tuesday about 2:15 they call and say it is in. I ask them how late they are open as I am busy at the moment and can not go there right then. They say 5:30. I tell them I will be by before 5:30. I pull up to their shop (which is an 11 mile round trip for me) at 4:45 to get my mirror installed. They tell me all the installers went home for the day and they can't do it. I ask them if they can get anyone there to do it as I am leaving town the next day for a long trip and they say no. Keep in mind they told me just 2.5 hours earlier they were open until 5:30 and I told them I would be there before then. I wasted gas, my time, and now I have to go on my trip with a busted mirror. I could maybe see people leaving early if it was Friday before a holiday weekend or something or even if I pulled up at 5:25 when they close at 5:30 them being gone but this was a full 45 minutes before close and I had told them I was coming. Horrible service and leaves me in a bind.

We had them replace our windshield after some hail damage and it seemed good. However after a couple weeks we noticed a static sounding air leak coming from the passenger side of the windshield. After some inspecting and noticeable dust coming in we saw that the seal from installation was not done properly and was causing this gap. Clear Vu came out a week or so later to check it and try to gap the seal but the same noise remained. After this they did offer to replace the windshield but would not be able to reimburse us for the cost of tint we had installed on the window. The tint was just below $300 and is not a cost we would wish to pay twice for a mistake that wasn't ours. As of right now we are keeping this windshield and hoping to gap the seal ourselves to avoid paying for tint again. Unfortunate that this was our experience but happy to see many others have had a better one!

I called this shop and the owner was very pleasant. He was able to repair our front windshield from rock damage on the freeway. How ROCKS fly up out of nowhere is beyond me! He could replace it, or repair it THE SAME DAY! We got hit by the rock at 140O or 2PM. We chose to have it repaired for the time being because the spider damage was not to big. It only took this shop about 6 minutes and the damaged windshield looks absolutely AMAZING!! Don’t pass up the opportunity if you need a quick fix. It blew our minds how affordable and great the repair was. A very well know auto glass company gave a a VERY HIGH QUOTE! Over $150. This small shop is our GO-TO from now on! Don’t pass them up! And share the Love 💕

My Experience Here Was Atrocious, If I Could Give Zero Stars I would, I Have Never Been Treated Worse By A "Business" In My Life, Not Only Did I Have To Go Back A Second Time Because My Window Was Not Installed Properly The First Time, My Switch Was Also Damaged, The People In The Office Were Rude As Soon As I Got There, The Owner Or Manager Was Incredibly Disrespectful, He Returned My Full Amount Even Though I Only Wanted The Cost Of My Switch,And Told Me To Never Return, As I Was Leaving He Proceeded To Follow Me And Open My Door And Continue To Insult Me, He Then Slammed My Door Shut, He Was Completely Out Of Line, Do Not Go Here, Absolutely Horrible Business

These guys repaired a windshield for the company I work for. It was my first interaction with them, but they were so nice. I believe his name was Bill. He took me back to my office after bringing the vehicle in. He was friendly and he is up to date and aware of the business because he reminded me of the other two vehicles we needed to bring and when he could get them. If I need a personal vehicle repaired I will try here first because they were nice, helpful, and professional. They were super quick too despite being backed up from the hail storm. Fantastic

Had a rock chip repaired on my 2012 Titan today 3-3-17, which I have had for a week and a half, so I have looked over this truck very well. When the repair man came out he was pleasant and professional. When I went out to check out the work I noticed several scratches on my hood that were not there when I bought the truck and nobody has been on the hood. planning to call them when I get off work and find out what they will do about it. Would not have given a star, but I cannot post this without, so 1 star is all I give. Signed NOT HAPPY

I had my windshield replaced here ~ 6 months ago. That was a good experience to start with. Then I got a rock kicked up while driving on the loop just before Christmas. I called to see how much fixing the chip and was told no charge, bring it on in. No hassle, quick friendly fix. It isn't as good as new, but 90% of the damage is gone and I don't have to worry about crack propagation. I recommend these folks!

Pretty Good service, and we're 100 miles away. Highly recommended. Just gotta schedule with them, you're not the only one in the world! LOL. We've used them for 20-30 windshields at our company. All good installs, tractors, trucks, cars, you name it for last few years. When they busy you can tell, with phone service abrupt, but hey, we all like that huh? Thanks guys keep up the good work God Bless.

I was surprised to see how difficult it was to work with this business. My repairs were definitely not done properly and it was so challenging to get them to help me afterwards. Safe to say, I will be using a different business moving forward. The staff was extremely hard to talk to and work with. Very disappointed with the work and the customer service.ServicesService not listed
