Great business. I can't say enough good things about them. It is hard to find good service and quality customer care where a business does things "the right way" but they set that bar! Ownership and management really care about their customer's satisfaction and they strive to make the overall experience with them the best it could possibly be. Greeted when I walked in by who, after sitting at her office for over an hour I can assure you DOES EVERYTHING for that place except repair/install auto glass, and despite it having been a record tennis ball sized hail storm in the days before, (while dealing with nonstop back to back calls, walk ins/drop offs, insurance companies and emotional clients) was the absolute best, so sweet and attentive. My windshield was installed perfectly, quickly and the gentlemen from the back personally made sure that I was happy ahead of my departure. I will return for any of my auto glass needs in the future.

I had this place fill a small rock chip (smaller than a dime) when service was done the technician made the crack bigger than what it was. I showed the man in the front office and he gave me my money back. Guaranteed me 99.9% it will not spread. The next morning woke up to it spreading more than six inches. The guy which I’m assuming is the owner said he will not replace the windshield and it was “silly” for me to even suggest this. It was also stated that it was my fault for getting the rock in the windshield in the first place and quoted me to buy a new windshield for their mess up. I took my Jeep there to get a chipped windshield fixed that just happened the night before on my way to Lubbock. Got it done right before closing. I asked him if there was a chance it would crack and he said"there's always a chance one in a million, in all the years doing glad I've only had one guy bring his windshield back in" well I got back to Oklahoma I became that one in a million my windshield is now cracked from top to bottom! I called and all they can do is refund me $29! Now I'll have to pay $350 to get the entire windshield replaced! The whole reason I got it fixed was to prevent paying for a whole glass. I am not happy with the outcome. Find someone else with a better"policy"!!

I live in the Dallas area and have a daughter at Tech. Her car had a crack in the middle of the windshield and was unsafe to drive. I googled auto glass company's in Lubbock and ended up choosing Auto Glass Co. Turns out I made the right decision. I sent my freshmen there and they treated her like family. It was a quick and easy transaction at a very fair price. I hope she doesn't get another crack in her windshield, but if she does I know where to go. Auto Glass Company has wonderful customer service and does an amazing job with repairs! My rear window was broken into so I called Auto Glass Co around 9:00AM. They were able to order the new window that morning. My windshield had been cracked for three years so I went ahead and had that replaced, too. Ya know, killin' two birds with one stone. My vehicle was ready before noon and my car looks brand new again! Thank you to Kim and the rest of the team at Auto Glass Company for making window repairs easy breezy!

At the expense of the state of Texas I had to replace my passenger side window due to mowers. I called and got prices and they were by far the best price I had gotten. I get there early just because and BAM they go to work. My window is in and ready in like 30 minutes. These people are great me and the owners chatted for a while talking about life and the main lady is just killing it answering 4 phones running down quotes and prices and people. If you need glass you need to look no further.

My husband and I have used this business multiple times in the last several years. I have had rock chips fixed and my entire windshield replaced with them. Kim and Lance took great care of us every time. I am a stay at homeschooling mom with 4 kiddos and Kim had her guys come to me and replace my windshield in my driveway! They were fast, friendly, and the cost was less than I expected! That NEVER happens. Ha! I will continue to use and recommend them for all my glass needs.

I am driving from Denver to Austin and noticed the trim from around the windshield coming off I called auto glass co. as I am driving and this sweet gal answered the phone she told me to come over and they would take care of me. Well that sweet gal took care of it right away it didn't take more than 5 minutes and didn't want to charge a penny. Nice too know there are still good people out there. These people installed a windshield in my truck when I was at a business meeting in Lubbock. The windshield started leaking. I live three hours away so the secretary Kim said they would pay for my local service to fix it. When it came time to pay, they backed out and the owner or manger cursed at me like I did something wrong. DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY SERVICES!!! THEY DO TERRIBLE WORK AND WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR SHODDY JOBS!!!

Got my windshield replaced back in February to ship my car overseas. There was broken glass all over the place in my car. Now my car is in Guam and this is the first time it’s seen rain since my windshield replacement. Turns out, the windshield was not sealed properly causing a lot of water to leak in when it’s raining, or whenever I have to take it through a car wash. recommend paying the extra 100$ to get it done at a more reliable place.
