I'll try to give specifics of my experience as this was a unique one. First is this is a mobile business, which means you don't have to go anywhere. Ed will come to your location and change your glass and give your keys back to you. You don't lose any time at all. Next is, Ed is very quick in scheduling, procuring and replacing windows. In my experience he was able to do it next morning, which was pretty surprising as I engaged my insurance in the afternoon any. Last and most important is Ed goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. My insurance didn't tell me I was eligible for an OEM window replacement, and sent Ed an order to install aftermarket windshield. Ed did this replacement but when I realized my insurance covered OEM also, I was a bit bummed because I didn't want the aftermarket glass. When I told Ed this, he replaced my aftermarket window again with an OEM glass at no extra charge. The aftermarket/OEM deal was a learning for me as this was my first time replacing a windshield, but Ed's approach on making his customer happy is the more important learning here for me. I'm someone who doesn't post reviews online frequently, but I'll make sure to review Texas Prime Auto Glass anywhere I have an account, because I think great businesses like this should be well known!

I had the windshield on my 2021 Mercedes GLC replaced and the entire experience was smooth and professional. I worked with Ed, who I believe may be the owner — and he was fantastic from start to finish. He replied promptly to my quote request via text, came right on time to my home (super convenient!), and took care of everything. Once the replacement was complete, Ed asked me to inspect the work thoroughly and encouraged me to ask any questions I had. He took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I was completely comfortable and confident with the service. Texas Prime is an outstanding company theme mat pays attention to detail, gives excellent customer service. Ed asked all the right questions to make sure he installed the right new windshield for my Ram Pickup. He made an appointment with me late this morning and showed up on time. Ed answered all my questions and explained the whole process to me regarding the installation. This is my new GoTo Auto Glass. Nice to meet a man who cares about his customer’s. He made sure I was completely satisfied with everything involved with the installation. And his service. I would give him a 10 if it were an option. Ed is THEE MAN!!! Quick response, professional and punctual. He gave a VERY GOOD quote that I couldn’t pass up because all the other quotes I got(3) couldn’t touch it. He did an excellent job replacing my back drivers side window and making sure everything worked and was on track. He even went the extra mile and brought me a tinted window like my old one at no extra cost! Very impressed and very thankful he was able to replace my window w/next day service. Text him on a Sunday and got my window replaced Monday! Awesome! I will definitely use his services again if need be and highly suggest you do to for your auto glass needs! THANKS AGAIN ED!!

This guy was exceptional. My sunroof had been hit by a rock and shattered. It would be 2 days before the parts would arrive, so he drove 35 miles to my house and covered my entire car roof with plastic, and vacuumed out the glass at no extra charge. He came back as soon as the part came in and had it fixed in an hour. Thank goodness as it is pouring rain today. I was still waiting for a response from the other company, and he had already completed the job at a very reasonable price.

Came to the house which was super convenient. Ed transferred the toll tag and registration onto the new windshield perfectly - no hassle getting new decals!! Texas Prime Auto Glass is great and Ed shows such kindness. He cares about detail, quality, and craftsmanship. This is exactly the kind of thing I appreciate about local, small businesses. Texas Prime Auto Glass provided an exceptional, efficient job in replacing my windshield - with a responsive, reasonable quote, prompt on-time service, and attention to detail. Ed is extremely knowledgeable, a consummate professional (with some impressive window repair tools), and a nice person. I had my windshield repaired today, and this service is excellent! I emphasized the urgency of the repair due to the hot weather, and the technician agreed that waiting could worsen the damage. He prioritized my repair, offered an affordable price, and made the quarter-size damage almost invisible. The technician was very friendly and even accommodated my schedule by doing the repair on a Friday evening. A fantastic experience overall!

I had reached out to some different places to get quotes for replacing a windshield and Ed was very quick to respond (and communicate with). We chatted on a Friday, he offered very fair prices (better than other spots in town) AND comes to you, and he was punctual for the time we scheduled on Monday. Ed made quick work of the replacement, and was in and out- and a job very well done! I'd recommend him for any of your windshield needs!
