Excellent service and price!!! Jaymie was extremely helpful when we called to get a quote and schedule for a new windshield to be installed. Due to rain and this crazy Texas weather we had to cancel my appointment, Jaymie was very accommodating in rescheduling and working me in to get my windshield done asap the next day. I will definitely recommend Superior to everyone!

Superior Auto Glass provided exceptional service, Jaymie was quick to find a time that worked for my schedule, came to my house and was able to stop my rock chip in my windshield from getting any worse. The gentleman on the phone was far more professional and courteous than any of the others I called. Jaymie called and asked if she could stop by my office early to replace my front windshield. I said yes and she took care of the rest. I watched on the cameras as she performed the work and she was detailed with the process, the trash and cleanup when she was done. I would recommend.

Absolutely the best! After more than one horrible experience after another with two big name Auto Glass companies, I am SO thankful I took a chance with Jaymie at Superior Auto Glass! A simple windshield replacement resulted in body damage caused by the technician with Safelite, who tried to hide the damage with a black marker, shady!!! Once the body damage was repaired I called Superior to go to the body shop to install the new glass, on my new car, that had just been newly repaired...get my hesitance!?!?!!!! Anyways, Jaymie's communication prior to my appointment through the completion of the repair was timely, professional and reassuring. She is a perfectionist who knows what she's doing, as seen in the job on she does. Since then She has replaced and/or repaired the glass on a few of my vehicles now, as well as a few friends that I have referred to her, she's got my business for life!! Car was broken into so I'm needing to get the window replaced. After leaving home to drive from Grand Prairie to Dallas to get it replaced somewhere. I stop by the gas station omw out and a van pulls in with Superior Auto Glass sign.... so I think perfect that's exactly what i need right now so I pull up next to the van to inquire about services scheduling etc.. the woman driving the van would just look at me and ignore me. I'm signaling for her to roll her window down and she's litterally like no... after about a minute she finally does but at this point I'd rather go out my way than possibly have her service my car and I state 'well I just had some questions but you obviously don't want to be asked any questions' and let her go on abour her day...... Maybe don't work in service if you have a terrible attitude or no people skills it's counterproductive to the business. Extremely unpleasant encounter.

Called around for quotes to get front and back windows replaced; spoke with Jamie that explained what all the job would be, gave me a fair price quote (over the phone I might add, not knowing my ethnicity.) Jamie arrived on time and did a meticulous job; I was a little hesitant at first having a woman show up but I can guarantee you this was a far "superior" job than received in the past, this woman knows her craft. I found out she has over 30 years in the business and has been called on to repair many a shoddy job that were done by various other companies. Jaymie was fantastic. Highly recommend Superior Auto Glass. Due to a mix up from the contracting company she had to come out a second time for a rescheduled appointment. She was knowledgable and experienced. Her prices are very fair for her level of expertise and quality of work. You could tell she was an expert at her craft. She was friendly and chatted me up while she replaced my window. She shared experiences with other companies that led her to start her own. Great work, fair price, awesome customer service.

Jaimie was very detailed and fast. She went above and beyond to fix and replace my window motor and regulator on my 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage. My car window was left clean like it was brand new. Even though we had a few hiccups from me having the wrong part, to her having to do extra work to help me fix my window. She even left and came back the same day after I needed another part. She was great and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend. I was extremely impressed at the attention to detail she provided.

Jaymie is meticulous and expertly knowledgeable She's been doing this for decades apparently, and knows all the crappy shortcuts used by some, like inferior supplies and methods. She pointed out the problems with the last windshield replacement I had on the vehicle and tried to remedy what she could, by priming some rusty areas. I'd summarize with these words: Friendly, courteous, expert, professional, clean, quality and inexpensive. Don't hesitate.
