I went to this establishment at the end of May, to fix a problem that was done by them. I live in Wichita Falls and had already called to advise them I would be coming from out of town. When I got there, I was told that I would have to come back, because they didn't have my windshield. I again told them I was coming from out of town. Needless to say, I made another appointment for the following weekend. Elizar is the one that worked on my truck. He did not speak English at all. When I looked at my truck, the seals on my windshield were not even glued all the way down. Another worker came and said that was just the way it was supposed to be. Fast forward to June 28th, I'm driving to a conference in Grapevine, and the seal starts flapping in the wind! I do not suggest going to them if you want quality work. I called them today on July 2nd, I asked to speak with the manager he was not available. I left my number for a return call. It's 7:23 p.m. I am still waiting for a callback.

Would not recommend. Discount Auto Glass first job leaked and their attempt to correct the issue was merely to remove the glass and apply a ton of more glue. On my model car, you can't reuse the rubber molding around the windshield. They also cut the molding lips of the rubber molding which go onto the windshield on the side of the windshield to get the molding to get back into place, and this caused the leak in the first place. I had Safelite AutoGlass come out and redo the entire job.

This place is amazing! They were about to close but they stayed open to replace my car window. My car was broken into over night and there’s a storm coming; I was so worried about the car incurring more damage. But they let us come over immediately and got us all fixed up in less than 20 minutes. So friendly and they did a great job. 10/10!!!

I called my 2020 pacifica in for a windshield replacement. They had the glass in stock and they replaced it quickly... As in I was processed in and out in 1 hr and 39 mins. I highly recommend this location. The staff was very attentive, customer friendly, and prompt with the install. Just added them to my phone directory!

Have known about this place for 10+ years. I've gone a handful of times, and each and every time the process has been made simple and easy. Best thing about them, they are affordable and will install any glass you purchase.

Recently came in for a cracked windshield and they busted that out and quickly replaced it. And the price was awesome compared to other places where I've checked. Highly recommend them.
