FastGlass Windshield Repair & Replacement

I don’t like to post bad reviews but do this as a last resort when I can’t get something resolved. I made an appointment for windshield replacement and they totally forgot about my appointment. Writing a review a couple months later because I still haven’t received my $50 deposit refund. I was told a deposit was needed to lock in appointment, but not my fault the tech was a no show. Can someone please reply to my calls/ texts and provide status of refund?

I’ve never written a review. If you read this use this company. Called Chris yesterday I was on the phone for 5 minutes he gave me a total and told me he’d be here from 10am-12pm. They drove an hour to come out to my location and replaced my windshield in less than an hour. The price was way more affordable than I imagined it would be. Every employee is spoke too was super friendly and the whole process was a breeze from start to finish. HIGHLY recommend!

Spent time with lady over phone. She called my insurance with me on the phone. We set up the claim. Over 30 min. She said she would call me back in a day or two. Been 2 weeks, and several messages they haven’t replied to. She completely ghosted me. No update. Nothing.
