I hardly write any reviews from company's that do work for me, either for my home or cars. But I want to warn consumers that this guy does not know how to install windshields. There is air coming in from the bottom of the windshield. Not enough silicon or glue was used. He completed the job in 30 minutes so that has to tell you that he is incompetent. I have been in contact with Juan for almost two weeks to redo the installation of my windshield. He told me that he would return and do the work properly. To this day he will not answer my phone calls since he knows who I am. I am going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau of Fort worth. Great prices but horrible experience. I had a windshield replaced by this company but it was installed improperly as there is wind coming in from the bottom center of the glass, when I contacted Juan for the warranty, he was very polite but he failed to show up, then I spoke with the guy who works with Juan, he asked me to stop by, which I did, however, there was no one on the business. After waiting for over an hour, I finally gave up and left. I will not recommend this business, its better to pay a little more but have the job done right the first time and be backed up by a true warranty.

They asked me to deposit $480 as a cash. They did not install my windshield properly. There was a noise and I took my car back to them. They didn't reinstall the glass and just did the simple things, however the noise became worse. The dealer says that I need to reinstall the windshield. If they are still honest, they need to return my money back. If they don't trust, they can check my car to hear the noise coming out from it. I called on a Saturday needing a back windshield replaced. I called over 10 places with most places about to close or the quotes were over $300. These guys are good not only did they stay open late for me but they were the cheapest price by more than $50. Once there they installed new glass and cleaned debris in 45mins. The only except cash or check. These guys know what they’re doing they’re outside or in your business and I highly recommend them.

He literally broke more than he fixed. Somehow managed to break the ball joint in my rearview mirror while replacing the windshield, also my cameras and sensors ain’t working anymore. And the supposedly ‘new’ windshield had scratches and marks on it. Now I’ll end up paying a lot more to get everything fixed. I disregarded the older reviews before going to him but please don’t make the same mistake.

DONT GO HERE!!!! They have no idea what they are doing and have horrible service. Had a F250 windshield replaced and they didn’t seal it what so ever. Not once but TWICE!!! Took forever to get them to respond and fix it, and the air is still coming right through. Now we have to pay another $300 to have someone else fix it for the 3rd time. Don’t waste your money! They also have reports on the BBB.

Terrible service hands down do not know what they are doing. Left our friends with air coming through came back shot more glue, refused to fix it correctly or reimburse them. Hands down don't hire unprofessional people like this. No quality in their services and I have no idea how they operate like this.

I was needing my glad replaced after taking a day off work and setting an appointment with another shop, then the other shop had ordered the wrong glass, so i was struggling to find a shop with my glass in stock. This shop saved me. And 30 min later i drove off with a new glass. Great pricing as well.

Great experience! Everything from customer service to quality of the job was top notch. They even went out of their way to accommodate my work schedule and brought my car to my work place. Highly recommend! Will be going for my auto glass needs to this business in the future.

These guys are amazing. They got my window fixed, and less than 30 minutes, gave me free Ice cold water bottles, while I waited, and were extremely friendly Highly recommended, superfast, and very professional. Amazing service. Definitely coming back for my windshield.
