Excellent overall experience. I needed to have front windshield replacement, due to large crack, and safety camera re-calibration as required by manufacturer with glass replacement. Re-calibration done onsite so I did not use mobile service. While this location was a bit of a drive from my home, I would not hesitate to return if I had a future need. Reasons for my satisfaction: 1. Person who booked my reservation was very professional and able to give both an accurate and competitive price quote. The quote I received on the phone was the price paid after work was completed (no surprises!). Price also was the lowest of several places called (one of which wanted almost twice as much). 2. Was able to get an onsite appointment at a convenient time for me. My scheduled appointment was at 8:00 AM and they were able to take my vehicle back to begin work within minutes of my arrival. Gentleman who came out to meet me at my vehicle friendly and professional. 3. Indicated in advance the amount of time to complete work and was able to finish within time indicated. They also voluntarily gave me a status update midway through without my asking. 4. Lobby at location clean. Free WiFi available (be sure to ask for pass code). Very comfortable chairs with coffee available. I liked that several employees came over to me to confirm I had received a pass code. 5. All staff with whom I interacted were very friendly not only with me but also with each other. 6. All window stickers, including toll tag, were reapplied onto new glass. UPDATED: 6-13-25 - Took another vehicle in today to have windshield replaced. Place is still friendly, does a good job, quick service. My go to place.

I was not sure that the chip in windshield could be repaired, after talking to another windshield repair place on the phone. I have only owned the car for a couple of months and was asked if it had been repaired previously. I did not know, so I took it to Auto Glasss Xperts, since I they said they would check it for me and they also could replace the windshield if needed. They not only checked it out, but repaired it within minutes. They were so kind. I was expecting to need a new windsheild. They didn't even charge me, since he said the chip was so tiny. What a blessing and they have me as a customer from now on. Thank you.

I can’t say enough good things about Auto Glass Xperts. Leah replied to our e-mails promptly and answered all our questions. She greeted me when I arrived and offered Coffee, water, and told me where the bathroom and internet code was. The waiting room was nice and clean and my car was ready before the 90 minutes I was told it would take. The installers were able to save my Toll tag, inspection sticker, and oil change sticker. I hope I don’t have to replace another windshield but if I do I will definitely return and recommend Auto Glass Xperts.

I looked at 6 different glass repair companies. Spent a day getting on line quotes and visited a few of the closer locations so let me save you time and money because Auto Glass Xperts are by far the best people to deal with. Their staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Their prices were the best I found and they do excellent work. So happy to have found people I can trust and who don't try to mark up their costs. Troy with Auto Glass Xperts replaced my Jeep Grand Cherokee windshield today. The office staff were very responsive and friendly while giving a quote, setting up an appointment time and general information. Troy called when he was 10 minutes out and upon arrival. He worked smoothly and professionally. All of my stickers and rearview mirror were replaced in the same locations. Payment was easy. This was a great experience with a local company. Please seriously consider them.

Stepped into the office, loving, welcoming staffs come to great me. Their quote impressed me. Seeing bible verses around makes me feel I am home with my family. They did a great job, no matter raining day or sunny day, the windshield gives me clear, crystal view. Definately will come back when there is another need. Already recommend them to my friends. This place is tucked away in an industrial park. They do luxery vehicle glass replacement. My dealership suggested them as I was concerned about recalibration of the tech in my windshield. The lobby is comfortable if you choose to wait for work being done. They even offer Keureg coffee for you to enjoy. Staff is friendly work was done in a timely manner without skipping a quality reset on the windshield tech- just as I was promised🌟

I can't say enough good things about this company! Easygoing, friendly folks running an awesome auto glass company. They were recommended by a friend and were willing to work with me to get my windshield replaced quickly and AFFORDABLY even though I don't live in Granbury. 100% will be telling anyone I meet that needs auto glass to call these guys. Trust me, don't waste your time and money with the chains.

Excellent price, excellent work, excellent customer service. Not to mention there’s no telling how many years combined experience between all of these employees and owners. I have a 2002 Acura MDX, It had a broken windshield when I bought it, so I called these guys And three days later, I had a brand new windshield ❤️ I would highly recommend this company, they made an uncomfortable experience pretty easy

After several suggestions from Yelp I decided to use Auto Glass X-perts. Their reviews were positive, the price was competitive and they have an A+ BBB Rating. Once I contacted them I had an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival I was greeted pleasantly and offered coffee or water while I waited. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable.
