As of right now my experience with this location has been TERRIBLE! I called for a quote and when I called back to give my vin number and schedule the appointment the price increased. Then when I showed up at the location that I confirmed was where I wanted to go I was told my that my appointment had been booked for a different location, so I went there only to sit waiting for over one hour thinking that they were working on my vehicle to be told that they do not have the glass there and that they have to run to another location to get it. WHAT?!!!!!! You have to be kidding me! Now I am waiting for the manager to reach out to me, which is almost an hour ago from when I last spoke with a manager from a different location. As of this moment I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this location. UPDATE: When we just went to pick up our vehicle the receptionist was no where to be found, so my husband walked back to get a mechanic who came up and rang him up for the replacement. The $100 discount that she told him she would give us for the inconvenience was not applied to the total. If the company holds true to her word as their representative they owe us a $52 refund. ALSO, IT HAS BEEN TWO AND A HALF HOURS SINCE SOMEONE SAID THAT THE MANAGER THERE NAMED GREG WOULD CALL US AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALLBACK YET. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

Great prices and responsive on the phone. I’ve used this location multiple times over the years but when it was under a different business name. The only negative is the customer service while onsite…let’s just say it is the opposite of Chic-fil-A. You’ll pretty much seem like an afterthought from the staff and their attention is on everything but the lobby or people at the service window. I’d refer them and use them again simply for their pricing. Training and execution of great Customer Service (smiles, acknowledging you exist, etc) would make them a 5 star location at no cost to their company. The staff was great on the phone, prompt, and professional. This just hasn’t made it to their onsite customers after they get the business. Easy change if they begin to see the value in that. If this were ChicFilA..you’d get your order fine but might not acknowledged, or acknowledged friendly and professionally, when you walked up for a refill or extra sauce :)

I will start with they were cheaper prices than other places quoting me for a windshield replacement. However, I was originally given a quote and made an appointment, but the appointment fell through because of weather conditions and time, then they went up on the price for the same appointment a week later. Still cheaper but they should have honored my original quote. I was also told day before my appointment that it would take 2 hours max, however, I was in an uncomfortable waiting room, cold and no communication from employees about my vehicle or the delay for 3 hours. They didn't even take my vehicle to the back until 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time. ZERO COMMUNICATIONS. They did however repair 2 different walk ins, in about 20 minutes, once again, with zero communication as to why they were taking so long on my appointment schedule. I'm not impressed with this company at all. It was a very frustrating experience.

I started the windshield replacement process at 8:45 am, on site at the West I-30 location. Unfortunately, the technical staff was down to one person that day, though I was told to expect completion in about two hours. Probably the worst issue was when I checked in with the only office staff person present and was told twice that the task would be done in about 90 minutes. Not true, of course. That said, the installation was still faultless, though the waiting time of nearly seven hours was not. This company is way better than this, as I enjoyed a great experience a year ago. I guess everyone is going to have an off day once in a while.,

I needed my mom’s windshield replaced due to a crack from hail damage. This company was recommended by my auto insurance agent. I got a great quote and was given an appointment. It was a few days out due to the increased workload from the hailstorm but they were very clear as to why and when they could do the work. The repair technician notified me within 30 minutes of his arrival and was very polite when he arrived. He was very respectful of our property and cleaned up before he left. It was a great experience and I would definitely use them again! Five ⭐️ for sure!

Auto Glass Now Review (1 Star): **Unprofessional & unreliable.** Booked Tuesday for rear glass replacement. Receptionist rescheduled to Wednesday (glass damaged), then **forgot** and pushed to Thursday when I called. She told me "8am-5pm Wednesday" — **no one showed**, forcing my wife to miss **3 days of work** waiting. Technician arrived Thursday and initially charged **$571** (not the quoted $450), but corrected it when challenged. Avoid — poor communication, wasted time, and disorganization.

I initially had some issues and some parts were broken while replacing my glass. The installer there that day was not their normal group. The manager heard what happened and ensured everything was fixed and replaced brand new for no charge and even discounted the original service. They were all so helpful and friendly and eager to make things right. They may not have even made any money off my repair after all they purchased to fix it but they definitely earned a long term customer.

They did great quoted me a reasonable price. I took it over there. I was actually early for the appointment. They’re extremely busy so I didn’t get out there until very late, but they did your job on the install. I have no complaints on the work they did they just need to Work on hiring some more help maybe less people in the office there was several just standing around in the office, not doing anything and I think one or two guys doing installs.

Auto Glass Now is the only place to take your car to get windshield cracks fixed. They were professional, got me in and out in 30 minutes and the work looked great. Kayla, the office manager was extremely helpful. She got me in on short notice. Jose, the technician who completed the work was great. The pricing is great and the experience even better. I was very impressed with the mobile installation! The technician who came by did a wonderful job, and I was amazed by the fact that he replaced all the things on my windshield in the same places. Not only the rear view mirror, but all the things I would have assumed could not have easily been re-placed. (Toll tag, oil change, registration)
