I called in for replacement this morning, and they came fixed it 3 hours later. They even came earlier than what they told me. I am so pleased!! If you need a replacement right a way, this place is it!!!

Had an appointment sent for 3-5 on this Fri it was last minute but he said he could still make it then was set to 4-6 I was still fine with that. 5pm comes along so I messaged you make sure we were still on and then no response so I messaged at 6:30 saying "no show?" Still no response. I gave him another chance today Saturday and he said he would call his technician and call me right back well that was around 11am it is now 7:28 and still no call backNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Had a chip repair done. Did not notice until he left and I got inside car that the when he applied repair material it "bled out" the size of a quarter. Now I have a weird blurry spot in my window. Will need to take to another repair shop to have it fixed. When my husband called to complain they just want to replace window at an additional cost of $260. Crazy, the chip is half the size of a tiny pinky nail! Bad service. Plus they weren't on time.

Great initial service, however the installer did not replace the seals correctly causing one to fly off when driving. Got the run around for over 2 months, constantly assured it would be replaced. Never was . I understand if they are not going to replace it, but what I don't appreciate is the run around. Just be honest and up front.

Man who answered the phone was rude. Demanded a picture and cash for a small chip. Found another place right after who was kind and fixed for less than half the charge this price in 10 minutes. Couldn't find your location because the name was not the same as the website name. Would never use this company.
