Our SUV needed a new windshield prior to the annual inspection as a crack was spreading all over the viewing area. I called Xtreme after noticing how many great reviews they had on several sites. I spoke with Chris who helped educate me about windshield costs, got a great quote (under $1,000), and set up a date for Nick to come out to replace the windshield. Nick and Charlie came out, but noticed the windshield was wrong. Our SUV has a windshield for lane departure warning system, but our SUV did not actually have it (probably the LDW option was not chosen by the originally owner). We rescheduled, and Nick and Charlie came out again a few days later and started the replacement. While they worked, we talked about how there was a leak on one side and Nick and Charlie informed me that this was a replacement windshield. It turns out whoever did the prior installation did not use the proper process to ensure the windshield was completely sealed. Chris, Nick, and Charlie were great through the whole process and deserve all the great reviews they get. They are friendly, and explain everything well, and take pride in their work! My dad has a 2020 Lexus RX 450h it has a crack in the windshield and needed a replacement. He called Lexus dealership and they gave him a quote for $2100 (include calibrating)+tax. He called another Autoglass and the person said that he searched everywhere in the U.S. and could not find the windshield glass anywhere and it would've cost $1635+additional calibration for my dad.. However, when my dad called Xtreme Autoglass, they said they could take care of it for him for 67% cheaper than the dealership. He asked them if they needed to calibrate his windshield and they said no because they're not unplugging any wires. He took it in and they did a super job! One of the technicians, Tim provided great customer service and walked him through all the details and answered his questions. My dad was blown away by the service provided. In the future, if you have a high-end car, my dad would recommend you contact Xtreme Autoglass Pros first before you call the dealership to receive services that are a fraction of the cost. I figured it was time to get my windshield replaced a few months after a turkey flew smack dab into my windshield when I was driving down a back road in Kansas. After seeing several (well deserved) good reviews, I decided on Xtreme Auto Glass Pros. To my surprise, Rick told me that Nick would come fix my windshield in my drive way in just a few hours. And he gave me my total with tax included over the phone. The pricing was very reasonable, much less than the big glass repair companies. Nick came in a timely fashion, was kind and personable, and did an excellent job. We had a nice conversation while he replaced my windshield and he told me he had been doing this for 10 years, so I was confident in his skills. He finished quickly, in about an hour, but he didn’t cut corners and everything ran smoothly. My windshield looks perfect! If you want to support a small business while getting great results, go with Xtreme Auto Glass Pros! Hopefully I won’t be hitting any turkeys in the future, but if I do, I know where I’m going!

Woke up to find my car had been broken into this AM. Called around to get quotes for my back passenger glass to be replaced. Found Xtreme Auto Glass via Google, read their reviews and gave them a call. Rick (owner) answered and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Quoted me a very reasonable price ($228) for like for like glass (Privacy Solar Tinted, USA made & Lifetime Warranty) - said that he could get one of his guys out to me between 3-5pm same day. Nick (technician) texted me 10 til 3 and said he was 20 mins out. He arrived, vacuumed up all the glass in my car, found the culprit responsible for the shatter - was a piece of spark plug, and had a new window installed almost instantly. I am so glad I read some reviews on here and went with these guys! So professional and helpful. And they saved me so much money. The audi dealership quoted me 2200 and safelight gave me two quotes 830 and 1200 if I used this OEM glass… but for less than 500 I got a perfect windshield. And apparently everyone was telling me they had to calibrate the cameras but if you don’t unplug them you don’t have to reset them. Genius!!!! Seriously sooooo grateful to you guys. Safelite also tried to get me to buy bow blades but i had just replaced them. I could never talk to an actual person. Here I was directed to the owner right away and he stayed with me the whole way making sure everything went smoothly. Then also didn’t ask me to write a review which says a lot about all their reviews on here. Thanks again for making my day!

Look no further!! Xtreme Autoglass Pro's are who you want to use for quick, professional, & affordable glass repair or replacement. I called Rick midday for an inquiry on a quarter sized crack and although they had all their filed techs booked for another 4 days, he made a call to Chris and asked if he would make one last repair stop on his way home. Chris was awesome and more than happy to make my repair his last task of the day.... The repair was excellent and very quick (20 min.) and looked fantastic and well within my expectations! The principle and his A-Team field techs, are all well experienced with an ave. of 14 years experience. This company is the ONLY autoglass repair company I will use going forward. A very solid positive experience: from a phone call in the morning and a quick professional and a very pleasant chat with Chris, to stopping by in the afternoon (they most certainly make "housecalls", I just needed an excuse to get out), and having a windshield chip quickly and very nicely repaired by Nick. I actually never had a need to have a chip/crack repaired before (hard to believe for 15+ years on Dallas roads), so I was very appreciative of all upfront education these guys gave me. Setting customer expectations is super important to me! I always try to work with the local business and not a nationwide chain with a cute jingle, and most of the time it pays off! Such a great company, owner and technician. From the first phone call to set up my home appointment with Rick, to the final payment with Chris, everything went smoothly. Chris is very professional and seems like a great guy. He communicated his arrival time with a phone call as promised, and he was on time and did a great job on the glass replacement. He also explained the care needed of the new windshield and let me know about the warranty and how to contact them if any problems occur. This company will definitely be on my referral list for anyone who needs glass repair.

Extremely pleased with their service. I had a crack on my windshield that kept running so I finally decided to have it replaced. The insurance covered it, so I called Xtreme and they were able to come to my house the same day. I don't think the entire installation process took more than an hour. Nick Dourgarian was very professional and explained everything perfectly, and performed the job to perfection. I hope I don't HAVE to do business with them again, but if I ever get another windshield or window broken, I will definitely give these guys a call!
