I had my rear windshield broken into and needed it replaced. After spending 3 hours trying to find a car dealer that had the right parts in stock, I finally decided to just look up an auto glass replacement shop near me. Abaco Autoglass was the only place that I found to be a 5 star rating from others (thank you anyone else who left a review!) so I gave them a call on a Saturday morning and they were able to fix my rear windshield that afternoon! I took my SUV over and waited in their office while they replaced it, which only took an hour and a half. They also had wifi, so that was nice that I could get some work done as well. Thanks again Abaco Autoglass!

AK Calibration and their entire crew are the REAL DEAL. My car was broken into and the passenger window needed to be replaced. I’ve been here in the past but haven’t had to until a cow ran in front of my 2014 Ford Escape. Other places were wanting $300-$450 dollars and trust me I called around before driving out here instead of going locally around my Plano area. I ended up paying $185 and waited about an hour. Glass looks better than when I bought my car. Update: Another visit in 2022. My 2017 Honda Civic had a break in the glass towards the bottom passenger side and a crack near the line of vision on the driver side while driving that was growing. It passed inspection but the glass was just bothering me so much and the crack was only going to keep on growing. I didn’t take the best pictures but hopefully by looking at my pictures you can trust Faith Auto Glass to repair your windshield too! I called a day ahead just to make sure they had or were going to have my windshield in stock. I wanted to go with an oem one but the dealership wanted almost $1k just for the glass so after calling around several places I still couldn’t find anyone near as affordable as here. I took the day off to drive here. I always want to go somewhere closer to home but every time I just decide to drive out here because they give exceptional service and work. My car was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

If I could give this company 100 stars, I would. Thank God for businesses like Flash Auto Glass. Their prices are incredibly reasonable, and their customer service is top-tier. After calling over 20 different glass shops—most of which had frustrating AI systems that left me on hold for 30 to 40 minutes—I finally got a real person on the phone when I called Flash. They answered promptly, were professional, and got straight to the point. What’s even more impressive? My customer drove all the way from Waco to Dallas just to receive this kind of quality service. That speaks volumes. I can’t speak for every auto glass shop in Dallas, but Flash is hands-down my go-to from now on. They truly deserve all the praise.

UPDATE: 4/3/2021 Glass Genie not only fixed the damaged window cowl, but they also replaced the windshield in total after I pointed out the warped spot. That wasn't a huge concern of mine, so it was extremely kind of them to replace the glass with one without imperfections. The owner himself personally showed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Very pleased with my windshield now that everything was sorted out. Great company. 3/22/2021 - 4/1/2021 After they came and replaced my windshield I noticed rubber tubing and foam along the edges of the glass and a warped spot in the glass itself on the drivers side. Happy to be the 700th reviewer! Was in yesterday to have my windshield replaced on a 2021 Honda Passport, and the whole experience surpassed my expectations. I won’t say what the cost was because as I found out yesterday, the price fluctuates based on what the suppliers are charging day-to-day/week-to-week. I will say, I paid a quarter of what the other national chains quoted! Also, I was a bit suspicious of the business model - no appointments, “call the day before you want to bring it so we can make sure we have the part”, but after the woman at the front desk explained everything I understood understood perfectly. All that to say - I am beyond impressed with the cost, convenience, friendliness, and quality of the work. Thank you so much!
