Scorpio Auto Glass

Not only installed the wrong windshield on our car, but didn't calibrate the windshield to heads-up display or crash sensors. Also ruined the window pillar molding, which we had to get replaced elsewhere at our expense, because they stuck us with a fat bill and wouldn't fix the issues. Edit: so according to the response from the owner/pr guy, I'm at fault for trusting them to put the correct windshield on my car. Seems odd to me that someone who "stands by the quality of their work," would also state that it's up to me to make sure that they're doing the work correctly. Don't waste your time with this place, just go to Safelite or some other reputable company and move on. Photo attached in case they edit their response:

I had a great experience with this company. Carlos came exactly on time and was very friendly. The window installation was fast and it looks great. Carlos went above and beyond, even helping me move some large items in my yard that were too big for me to move on my own. My passenger side window was smashed in at my apartment complex. I was calling around all day and was getting quotes of insane amounts to replace it here.. I called these guys and they not only were inexpensive, but made it over within two hours of me calling. It took them about half an hour to swap out and they even vacuumed out my car.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE!!! Please come here for all of your windshield/auto glass needs!!!

At first I was impressed with the quick service I received but After a couple weeks my windshield that they replaced started leaking every time it rains and its going on 2 months and they keep saying they will send someone but never do because they are backed up but shouldn't a customer who has already paid come first? that's just horrible customer service and I'm still waiting for someone to come look at it

Called Toyota and tried to schedule for a windshield replacement and they recommended Scorpio and gave me their number. Called these guys and they came to my work less than 2 hours later and replaced my windshield. Looks perfect and everything is clean. Inspection and tolltag sticker replaced and all equipment is back in place like nothing happened. Took 30-45 min. Highly recommend

These guys are seriously the best, like I got my front windshield shattered could not even see they came in within two hours, Got it done in 25 minutes down to my registration tag and my toll tag!
