Warning, they tape around the windshield where it's been bonded and advise you not to remove for 2 days. Before you leave peel back the tape a bit and observe their work. I had a windshield installed and I pulled back the tape and looked. A piece of weather stripping was missing off the A pillar on both sides of the car. I can actually see the frame of the vehicle just looking at it. There's a good 1.085 inch gap (measured with a caliper) between the windshield and the roof where they did not take the effort to align the windshield correctly when they installed it. I brought it up to them on site, they insisted there was nothing missing and nothing wrong. The shop owner got a suction cup and pulled on the glass to close the gap at the top, it helped a bit but the gap (1.085") is the improved gap distance. Before they went and got the owner, the situation started to get heated. I decided the best course of action would be to take it to another shop to get it fixed, take pictures of the damage, submit that and the bill to the credit card issuer to file a charge back against their merchant account. I called to tell them about my experience and what I planned to do to fix the problem. The rep said I did not have a right to file a charge back and that I must allow them the opportunity to resolve it. I explained I did have the right as a consumer and I brought up the complaint on site to which they ignored. There was no point in escalating the situation, it would be not up to myself or them if the charge back would be successful against their account; it would be up to the card issuer. They claimed once I initiate it, that it would release them of liability if the costs are in excess of the original bill. I doubt that's true.

I took my Mustang to low priced auto glass and got a diagnostic on why the top wasn't operating properly. He said it was the top shrinkage. So I paid a lot of money to get the top replaced. When I went to pick up my car I noticed it has the same bow where the windows meet the top. I asked why isn't it fixed it looked the same as it did before and he told me the the frame was bent. Other than my top being discolored it didn't need to be replaced. I gave him almost two months to resolve the issue. He told me that he would use the new top and only charge me for the frame. I was ok with that but obviously he just wanted me to pay and leave. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THAT DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING. I WASTED TWO DAYS OF TAKING OFF OF WORK AND OVER 1500 DOLLARS. THEY ARE CROOKS THEY ARE CROOKS THEY ARE CROOKS THEY ARE CROOKS THEY ARE CROOKS THEY ARE CROOKS

Safelite initially had a price of $220 and a week later when I was ready to get my windshield changed their price skyrocketed to $390...in SEVEN DAYS. I won't go into the details but I called around to MANY places and they were all ridiculously expensive but thankfully I came across Low Price Auto Glass on a Google search. I called a Saturday evening and they didn't have the windshield for my car but they said they'd have it by Monday. I went in today and got it changed. As others have said, don't be put off by the location, they are friendly, quick (I don't think I was there for 30 minutes) and professional, A+ in my book and best of all, it was for $175 which I couldn't be happier about. You guys really saved my bacon. Thank you!!!

Do not come to this place the worst customer service ever. I called Monday to get a quote n told me one price they said they didn't have the window I was looking for that day bt they would on Tuesday so showed up Tuesday I waited 2 hours so they could just tell me the part wasn't in yet they told me to come back Wednesday. I came in Wednesday so they could tell me that it wasn't going to be the same price it was going to cost me more than what they said after they said after They said they were going to give me a deal Because it wasn't the original heated window it was just regular. They disassembled everything n told me it was going to cost me more. Just very unhappy with their services don't come here they will rip you off.

This place is AMAZING!! I was pulled over with car trouble on the highway and out of no where a truck rails past me too close nd bursts m back window. I was so shaken and scared. I'm glad a friend told me to go to his place, I'm new to Texas from Florida and the guys here were so nice. Not to mention more than $250 cheaper than Safelight. No appt. needed I walked just expecting to get a quote and left 30 minutes later with my window fix. THIS AUTO GLASS PLACE IS 100% where I'm telling all my friends and family to go. (PLUS: tlTo all my Ladies, they have a CLEAN RESTROOM!!! Which is rare in these male dominated industries). Thanks L.P. Auto Glass for being so awesome!! 😉😁😉🤗

Best discount windshield replacement facility in southeast Dallas County fast reliable service ..i would of rated a 5☆☆☆☆☆ but unfortunately the price of $100 windshield replacement that was in place for numerous years has now went up to $165 Pandemic pricing is killing the US economy and causing hunger amongst the hard working citizens of the USA and our vetreans whom put their lives on the line for our freedom.... i seriously believe with in 25 years America will be bankrupt and fall to a commonwealth of Great Britain it adds up that between 1776 and 2076 we will be right back where our ancestors started our Freedom is doomed

Safelite quoted me almost $500 to replace a glass side piece on my daughter's car door. I remembered my dad used to always go here when I was young for great deals, so I called them. $150 for a new window or 125 for used. We went around noon on saturday, so they were busy. We still got in and out in about an hour and a half. They even apologized for taking that long, which I was already happy with. We had enough time to go eat lunch and come back, so it was perfect. Best deal in town. They are also very friendly and have a waiting room.ServicesAuto side window replacement

My husband got his windshield replaced here a few years ago, and the cost comparison for a windshield with the emblem on it was crazy. Dodge wanted nearly $600 for a new windshield and my husband paid $110 for the exact one here. So I decided to come here myself after quoting many places for my New Pathfinder. I paid $200-$400 less here for a manufactured windshield. Same quality in repair and window as you could expect at the dealer.

Came in to replace my vent glass in a 2008 Honda Civic. Really fast service, less than 45 minutes, and great customer service! They even took off the tape residue I had that came from covering up the missing window. They are so nice and the price, you can't beat! I called and got a quote from 5 other places, all were $80+ more than what low price auto glass offered me. Will be coming here for all my car glass repairs in the future!

The customer service is impeccable. The staff is very courteous. I was in and out for them to replace my front windshield (approximately 45 minutes). I recommend calling ahead of time to see if they have your specific glass in case they have to order it. I also recommend going in the morning around 10-11am because it is first come first serve. It is worth it because they are fast, good quality work, and prices are very affordable!
