Jacobs Low Price Auto Glass

Happy to be the 700th reviewer! Was in yesterday to have my windshield replaced on a 2021 Honda Passport, and the whole experience surpassed my expectations. I won’t say what the cost was because as I found out yesterday, the price fluctuates based on what the suppliers are charging day-to-day/week-to-week. I will say, I paid a quarter of what the other national chains quoted! Also, I was a bit suspicious of the business model - no appointments, “call the day before you want to bring it so we can make sure we have the part”, but after the woman at the front desk explained everything I understood understood perfectly. All that to say - I am beyond impressed with the cost, convenience, friendliness, and quality of the work. Thank you so much!

If anybody need new glass work done on their car this is the place. Professional, nice, and they love God 🙌🏾. I tried Safelite and they wanted 4 times as much as this place was charging. I was blessed to be recommended this place, so now I’m recommending it to everyone else. Everybody in the building was nice and they actually smile, which can be uncommon in some places. Plus it only took like 2-3 hours for all the work to be completed. I’ll post some before and after pictures. Hopefully I won’t need to come back, but if I do, this is the place I’ll be returning to.

I had a fantastic experience with Jacob’s Low Price Auto Glass. My front windshield had a pretty big crack in it. I called around 12:30 pm and even though they didn’t have my window in stock, they said they would have one in two hours. I pulled up and made myself comfortable in their waiting room. It only took about 30 minutes and I was on my way! The waiting room wasn’t fancy or anything, but the reason why I’m giving 5 stars is that the guys at Jacob’s were fast and friendly and the price was so much better than I thought it would be.

The guys here are the sweetest guys ever! The best prices from corsicana to Dallas easily. The replacement took what seemed like 5 mins. I was in and out in no time. Very professional business but very hometown type of feeling from the phone to the labor guys. All around a great business! Will be my go to as long as they are open!!! They didnt even make a mess or if they did I didnt see one piece of glass or trash left behind. Not one finger print or smudge on my windshield either!!! Great place!

I recently had to get my car's back glass replaced and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Walter & His team.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to get my back glass replaced quickly and efficiently. The new backglass looks great and I haven't had any issues with it so far. I would definitely recommend Jacob’s Auto glass to anyone in need of auto glass replacement. This is the absolute best place in the DFW and Texas. I will never go to anyone else. They are the nicest ppl I've ever met. Very friendly. Very fast. Very knowledgeable. They don't waste your time. They get right to it. They did an amazing job on my rear windshield. I will be going back for my Front Windshield soon. Thank you Jacobs Auto. Jacobs Low Price Auto Glass Shop is triple awesome!!! I went there not knowing what to expect, but within a few short minutes they had me out of there, as happy as I could be, with their price & their labor. They even allowed me to inspect their work before taking payment. I recommend everyone near or far to come to Jacobs, if you need a window replaced. May God bless them & their business.

When I walked in it felt so peaceful. As I looked around, there were scriptures on the walls. This was comforting to me. Excellent customer service, good hospitality! Needed to replace my windshield on my vehicle and luckily a quick google search helped me find this place. Super friendly and gave a price over the phone that they honored in person(no bait and switch on price like some places) They were able to get me in same day(on a Saturday) and I was in and out in about 1.5 hours. Not bad for same day services if you ask me.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT place for windshield replacement on your vehicle. Pricing was great. I literally saved hundreds of dollars here after getting other estimates, and forget the hassle of filing a claim on my insurance. Installation was same day and the technician took less than an hour to complete.. Professionally I'd rate Jacob's as a 10 star business.
