Damaged a 2002 Nissan Maxima ON CAMERA and refuse to offer any type of compensation. They damaged the roof trim as well as put a row of dents all down the driver side roof line. Very ugly damage. Showed them before and after photos of having the work done by the tech, and even showed them the security footage of the tech damaging the vehicle. It's hard to believe people could be this crappy, especially at a business. I own a custom auto shop, and we always take responsibility for damage that happens on our watch. I had a situation just the other day where a contractor damaged a customer truck in our custody. He dented up the rear of the cab using the wrong tool for a rear glass. We had to foot the body bill. Yes it sucks, but it is what it is. Integrity is doing what's right, even when one will ever know. You folks need to grow up.

If I could give this company 100 stars, I would. Thank God for businesses like Flash Auto Glass. Their prices are incredibly reasonable, and their customer service is top-tier. After calling over 20 different glass shops—most of which had frustrating AI systems that left me on hold for 30 to 40 minutes—I finally got a real person on the phone when I called Flash. They answered promptly, were professional, and got straight to the point. What’s even more impressive? My customer drove all the way from Waco to Dallas just to receive this kind of quality service. That speaks volumes. I can’t speak for every auto glass shop in Dallas, but Flash is hands-down my go-to from now on. They truly deserve all the praise.

The whole experience was great. I filled out the info on the website. I got a callback almost Immediately. I got a quote and setup an appointment to replace the windshield at my home on the day that worked best for me. I got a call that they were on the way. It was raining so instead of automatically canceling, they waited 30 minutes for the rain to clear. Junior was fast with the repair, transferred my inspection sticker and toll tag over to the new glass without me having to ask. Very professional and very communicative. Price was much better than competition. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing!!! I called for a service and Lorena picked up the phone with so much helpful information and even offered me to come for same day service! I wasn’t available so they came to my home the next day and Javier did fantastic!! He came and fixed my windshield all under an hour even in these windy conditions outside! They came so quick I didn’t even have time to get the before picture but it’s like nothing happened, all done so quick and easy! I definitely recommend Flash Autoglass for anyone in DFW, they are the best with great service, prices and very efficient!

Great service last minute. We had an issue with a busted windshield this morning and was able to get it fixed by Flash Auto Glass the same day and within hours of calling them to make the appointment. They were professional, helpful, and fast. I was a little sketch about the Zelle and Cash process of payment but they were legit. They have warranty on their installs and can go to where you are; you don't have to go to their shop to get stuff done. Thank you for the help and I will definitely be recommending y'all to others!

Marlene I hope I spelled it right she was great. I had a slight problem with my mirror detaching from the glass it was a defective. She got me taken care of in no time. Great work ethic on keeping me happy even though I wasn't mad at her lol just mad it broke within 2 months but since it was defective she took full responsibility for it and got it done quick. As well as the 2 guys who installed Daniel and can't remember the other guys name thank you for your fast work you guys got me right. Keep up the great work guys

My windshield needed to be replaced, honestly didn’t know any good places, looked some up, until I found Flash Auto Glass. They had good price, fast, easy, to set up for the replacement. Lorena was super helpful with great communication &getting me in, &the girls there provided me with a good customer service. The guys did an excellent job, even replaced my windshield wipers for me. I really appreciate their hard work! Se los agradesco mucho muchachos por todo su duro trabajo y dedication. I recommend this place.

My car was burglarized and my passenger side window was shattered. I was frantically making all the calls to police, insurance, property management, bank… and desperately trying to find reasonable prices on window replacement. Doing some random online quotes. I was very fortunate to have the lovely person from Flash Autoglass call me during all that mayhem and got me taken care of so quickly, and so friendly. Very good service. Excellent price. And I gotta say, they made me feel better about my day.

My windshield on my escalade was replaced and when it rained my truck Flooded came out to be winshield was not sealed correctly. I have contacted flash auto to fix my winshield and all they do is give me the run around. I had and appt when I arrived I was informed they were busy and was told they would send someone to my house Monday i message them to get a ETA and no answer . No one has contacted me back today is Thursday. I honestly don't recommend what a rip-off. Would not becoming back.

The frist technician messed up my trim on my car when replacing the front window. They gave me a hard time about replacing it, but a second technician came out to fix the trim 2 months later. When they replaced the trim, they did more damage and put dents in my car and denied that the dents were from them even though I have picture evidence. I would not recommend using this company. two different technicians messed up my car and they were extremely difficult to work with after.
