Do not call this place. The guy they have answering the phone is unprofessional. I had already gotten a price on installing a OEM glass from another glass company. And he said very rudely, that there’s no glass company gonna Install an OEM glass from the dealership, and I have to go to the dealership. I told him that was not true and I have a price for another glass company. I was just trying to get more prices. And he acts like a teenager that I just told couldn’t play the video, Very immature. He was still trying to be rude and argue with me, which I didn’t see the point so I hung up on him. If this is the childish type of people they have answering the phones, I would not let them touch a Vehicle. just a tip to the owners first impressions mean a lot I guarantee you this guy is running off customers. We do not want to be treated like we’re stupid. I called around 12:30pm April 28. Just so you can address it if you want to keep him from tarnishing y’all‘s reputation. First shop I called, asked for a quote and got a price, no haggling no questions other than what’s going to be the total, as it seemed to be a reasonable price for a job that would’ve been well done. So I don’t think it falls under the “you get what you pay for” category. As someone that work as a mechanic for jet engines I find the lack of attention to detail a bit insulting. The technician closed up one side properly but not the other and don’t really understand why. Yes the glass was replaced but it would’ve been nice if it would’ve come with some quality. Now I have to figure out how to put that back properly hoping nothing got broken in the process. In my experience an overall ok job, but hope the work to eliminate the lack of attention they bring to certain jobs.ServicesInstallation

Called Fast Glass Dallas to inquire about replacing a friend which all was going well until the technician informed me that I did not tell them it was a sport model. Which (1) I gave the receptionist the VIN number which also tells you type and model of vehicle. (2) was asked if the car had sensors ; I informed them YES it does , nothing else was ever said was given a date and time. NOW I’m having to take the vehicle to them get the back from our church member that we are helping to be told Now it’s an additional $300 + to calibrate . Talk about not being upfront with a customer just seems fishy.

Chris was very awesome and very understanding of my situation. Chris and Joshua both kept me update on an ETA. I called Sunday August 30,2020. Put my $50 booking fee witch goes towards your full payment. Monday morning my windshield was in. Joshua did it in a matter of 45 mins. My total cost was $300 including a $20 tip to Joshua. Yes someone took a hammer to my windshield. Edit I forgot to mention they came to me.

Chris (the owner) was extremely nice and caring. He looked out for me and my BMW finding me a windshield basically on the spot! The price was a little over $100 cheaper than what insurance quoted and the workers were on time and super professional.
