Auto Glass Garland

I’ve had two bad experiences with this business. Most recently they replaced my windshield and left one of their tools on top of my tire. The next time I moved my truck their tool punctured my tire and gave me a flat tire. When I called to ask what they were willing to help fix my tire they laughed at me and said “no of course not”. The first time I had them replace my side window and motor. The guy said it would be 150 to replace the motor and 200 to do the motor and the glass together. When he finished he hit me up for 350 and acted like they were two completely separate jobs. These guys are unprofessional and dishonest. Someone tried to steal my car and broke my window out.. the guys here were super nice and fast in helping me replace the window. Chris was our technician. He was great. He called back very quickly and give me an estimate. Next day after talking with Chris he called with time to arrive at our apartment. Terrible service left my automatic window not working I finally got it to work and now its making a scraping sound when the window goes all the way down person who came out and did not want to fix it ,Threaten To call the cops because I asked him if he could fix it before I pay him
