Abaco Auto Glass

I had my rear windshield broken into and needed it replaced. After spending 3 hours trying to find a car dealer that had the right parts in stock, I finally decided to just look up an auto glass replacement shop near me. Abaco Autoglass was the only place that I found to be a 5 star rating from others (thank you anyone else who left a review!) so I gave them a call on a Saturday morning and they were able to fix my rear windshield that afternoon! I took my SUV over and waited in their office while they replaced it, which only took an hour and a half. They also had wifi, so that was nice that I could get some work done as well. I called all the "usual" auto-glass candidates...Safelite, and others listed on line and got prices and install date availability. Long and short...about 30%-40% more and oh, by the way, it will be May 11th before I can get an appointment. I called and spoke to Claudia at Abaco got my 2019 RAM in at 3:00 pm today. They replaced the drivers side glass, with OEM, MOPAR product, and was done by 4:00. The total out the door was a full $165.00 less than any other quote and they DID IT IN AN HOUR!!!! Windshield installed on Dec 11,2020 and couple of days later rain and water start getting inside of my truck, call them and came to check it but the person that did the work was saying didnt find where was the water drop, until I showed to him because the little amount of water he used was not enough. Finally came in today to fix everything, also I will not do anymore business with Abaco Auto Glass. Another suggestion is to take pictures of your car interior before any installation. Just in case they damage your interior.

Not a good place to get your wind shield replaced. Had mine done over 3 weeks ago - and during the rain we got last week - water was coming in from the sides...the glue they used was cheap and did not form a good seal. I called them and Sam told me he would call me back to see when I can bring it in to get it fixed. Never heard back - that was over 5 days ago. Stay away.ServicesAuto rear window replacement

Santiago (owner) Was one of the Professional workers I have ever met. He worked around my schedule and not only did he replace my windshield at the best time for myself, he did it very diligently and quickly. I am going to recommend him and his business to anyone else I know going forward! My windshield was specially brought over and is of the highest quality! Highly recommend him!

Pulled in and was able to get a crack in my windshield repaired without an appointment. The owner told me if I ended up needing to get the windshield replaced (the crack was very large) he would give me a discount since he repaired the crack. Super nice guy and very professional. Called the Dallas location. They gave a price over the phone. They were at my home the same day at the designated time. They are fast, efficient, and professional. Would put 10 stars if I could!! Very professional and they went the extra mile for me by driving long distance to replace my windshield while I was working. It took him max 45 minutes! The cost for a replacement was very fair and the lowest quote I’ve gotten. My windshield looks amazing and I’m super grateful!
